- On today's episode, we explore the MASSIVE Feria de Tristan Narvaja Sunday market in Montevideo, Uruguay. I'm still drooling just thinking about all the delicious food I ate here! Get ready to chow down on gigantic empanadas, juicy choripan, crispy torta frita, a tasty fried fish sandwich, a classic taco, some sweet orange juice, and finally, a decadent cup of chica!
This video might just be one of my most favorite street food tours that I've ever done, because virtually every bite was so amazing. We're about to chow down on cuisine from Argentina, Uruguay, Venezuela, and a few other countries in Latin America as well.
The Feria de Tristan Narvaja is home to a lot of street food, but also SO MUCH STUFF! You can find anything here, from old comic books, to antiques, to knick-knacks, to junk, junk and more junk!

Many food you've tried there aren't uruguayan! The taco and the empanada for surely aren't. Next time yo should try chivito , milanesa al pan, postre chajá, and definitely find a better choripan place! 🙂
