Hello Sir, Hope you're doing well, but sir there is a misconception in the dates because the Simon Commission was form in November 1927 by British Govt. On 3 Feb 1928 it arrived India. On the other hand the Nehru report says that the all-parties conference called at Delhi in January 1928. So, my question is if the commission arrived in Feb, 1928 then how was possible to call the all-parties conference in January 1928???
The dates are correct. There is no confusion. Indians rejected the Simon commission when it was announced. So the Indians started to develop consensus against it, before it's arrival by holding meetings.
