Literally the first ever videogame I have ever owned, I remember I was around 5 y/o and my mom bought me the GBA at Toys' R Us and it came bundled with the 2 in 1 of this game and the Madagascar game. Really nostalgic with this one.
It just occured to me that older gba games were only for 1 hr play but as a kid whose mom restricted playing games on the weekener, finishing those felt like a lifetime.
Personal story: my dad absolutely loved this game. Even more than me who was a kid at the time lol. He called Shrek “ole sorry” because he couldn’t jump as high as the other characters 😂
This was my first ever video game. I remember my dad coming home from a trip when I was 6 and bringing me a red GBA SP with this game, a Fairly Odd Parents game, and Super Mario Bros. Deluxe. I miss the 2000s.
This is a great gameplay for one of the best movies, and sequels ever made Shrek 2. Puss In Boots is definitely my go to playable character for the game, and my favorite Shrek character. Also I really like the sprites of the characters in the game. I'm for sure going to use them for the versus show I've been thinking about doing in the future maybe.😼👢🗡🎮
My step dad found this game while cleaning our a vacant apartment one day and gave it to me. Some of the weirdest games I've ever owned came from that.
I remember when I was like 8-9 I wanted my own game console, so one day after school my parents surprised me with a Gameboy advance I was sooo happy bruh I didn't even know or cared if it was an old game system I loved the system soo much bruh. Plus I had this Shrek game with the family odd parents 3-4 episodes cd.
This is weird, I've just listened to Triple Jumps ranking of ever Shrek games today, I literally have no interest in Shrek, but like listening to the guys at Triple Jump. How weird you chaps have just posted this long play.

I still have this game with Madagascar and I still enjoyed it. The coins were really hard to get in the late chapters.
I definitely want Shrek 2 to be on Nintendo Switch Online alongside the other Shrek Game Boy games

Had this game in 09 I was about 5 years old, barely found it in my closet and I started playing it again, man nostalgia hit so hard.
I replayed this game in 2014 for the nostalgia, back when it had been 10 years since the game came out... now it's almost 10 years since 2014
