Courage, my dear! A person is always alone, the sooner ones realizes that, the better, even within the family. So, one has to work on his/her mental health mostly. Healthy lifestyle is fine, but it is a bit difficult in today’s reality and depends on perceptions. What I find important is always stay alert and occupied and exercise your mind, be it through languages, maths equations, even sudoku. Stay healthy, stay focused- we love you Clemence!

I can't pretend to know what you are going through but I do have a condition that leaves me in so much pain that I can't crawl out of bed without a marathon effort. This can last for a couple weeks and life just sucks when it happens. Your health, physical and mental, is so important to your quality of life. Take your time heal and come back when you are ready. You are very intelligent, informative, funny, charming, stunning and I am pretty sure the majority of your subscribers can understand if you need to take time for yourself.

And you bet the physical affects the mental and vice versa. (something too few American doctors really understand.) I can't pretend to know what you are going through but I do have a condition that leaves me in so much pain that I can't crawl out of bed without a marathon effort. This can last for a couple weeks and life just sucks when it happens. Your health, physical and mental, is so important to your quality of life. Take your time heal and come back when you are ready. You are very intelligent, informative, funny, charming, stunning and I am pretty sure the majority of your subscribers can understand if you need to take time for yourself.
