Healthy lifestyle is fine, but it is a bit difficult in today’s reality and depends on perceptions. What I find important is always stay alert and occupied and exercise your mind, be it through languages, maths equations, even sudoku. Stay healthy, stay focused- we love you Clemence!

Guerlain Vetiver is such a beauty! It's exactly what you said, effortless class and elegance. And very versatile too. It's my go to fragrance when I don't wanna think too much. Very refreshing. That vetiver note is to die for. Probably the best vetiver ever created.

And you bet the physical affects the mental and vice versa. (something too few American doctors really understand.)
