You two are such a wonderful sight for sore eyes. Seeing you together always makes me feel better. I am praying every night for a miracle to happen for your family and Andrew's illness to be cured. You are still on the prayer list at my gran's little Baptist church so you've got a whole lot of good people praying for your speedy recovery. Know beyond anything that you two have brought so much knowledge, understanding, and joy to so many people. I hope you guys stay safe through the Christmas season and have a lovely new year spending time with your closest loved ones. Be blessed.
Only recently found you online, because I’m returning to knitting after a 20-year absence. Plus I’m 81 and have memory issues. So! You two have been my companions along my sometimes rocky path to remembering knitting and actually knitting. I’m glad I found you and yet today’s news that Andrew’s unwell - really is sick - upset me. I wish it wasn’t so! I wish such beautiful people would never suffer - but I am aware the awful outcome is long over - but it’s new to me. Bless you Andrea for continuing teaching and blessings for Andrew in his new home with the highest power, however you believe it and call it. I’m here for showing you my deepest appreciation. 🙏🏼🥰❤️
It was so great to see you both today. That you have taken precious time to produce yet another episode is both inspiring and very humbling. Despite what life has handed you, you still manage to remain upbeat and positive. So nice to hear you talk about faith Andrea, faith is tremendously empowering, it will support and sustain you throught the most difficult of times, as will your obvious love for each other. These days I sigh a sigh of relief when your episode is published. I was just saying to B & B that A & A were overdue...and there you were! I just love these night shirts. I'm not as much of a fan of colorwork as you are since I find it too ornate. Texture (or lace) can be just as rewarding for its challenges and you get to work with similar charts. (Better for wearing brooches/necklaces, too!) Peaceful holidays to you three, plus Jack from the 3 Bs.

Question. Andrea, is English spoken in Denmark? When travelling through Germany and especially France. Some refused to speak in English or could not understand. Maybe they thought we were English. But we are from South Australia.

I have a question that I'm hoping other people that watches podcast can help me with. My dad will be starting chemo in January. I want to knit him something that will be a comfort to him since we live so far away. He's in Pennsylvania and I'm in Texas. Does anyone have any suggestions for what is appropriate and what would be needed for a gentleman going through this process?
I love your channel. I am fascinated by the use of the German twisted cast on and the “twine” between each stitch. Sorry for my ignorance, I am pretty much self-taught. Is there some where that not only teaches this technique but also how to spell it properly in the event I have massacred the spelling of the word. My hearing is slightly impaired by age, can you help me out. I want to try this. One of my fascinations with knitting is the diverse methods of all the ingenious people around this wonderful globe, I love the all! Thank you

Hello. I really enjoyed this. I am also fascinated by the Fano costumes. I am trying to figure out the embroidery or bands on the end of the sleeves. some seem to be pointed. Is there any way I can find more detail information about this?
Madeleine, you dont need to unravel all your knitting if you made a mistake like that, you just make a ladder down to the stitch from the topmost stitch on top of it, correct it and then ladder up, redoing the column with a crochet hook.
