Treasure debuted last Aug. 07, 2020. BOY, I LOVE YOU, MMM are TREASURE's 2020 songs era. Then , JIKJIN was their recent 2022 comeback song after a 1 year hiatus in 2021.
Treasure was ready to debut a long time ago, YG was just YG and didn't give them the chance until now. They were highly anticipated! I have been there since before debut and I can tell you that it took them way to long. Yedam who was the one with the Lover shirt on in the first video, he has been in YG's dungeon. As we like to call it haha. He has been with YG the longest and got a solo track as a special part of their debut. Bang Yedam, has one of the greatest vocals. I'm excited you're getting into them, I couldn't wait to watch this video as soon as I could. Have fun getting to know them, you will adore them in no time. They are such a fun group 💎

re: the lyrics in mmm, i don't think they come across like that in the korean, it's just hard to account for innuendo when translating. Like the medusa line, he's saying he's so nervous/tense around her he turns to stone, but "you harden me" sounds bad in english, even if it's not dirty in korean. The kneeling line too - in an english song it would absolutely have a racy meaning, but i'm p sure it has different cultural connotations in korea. Not saying MMM isn't a sexier song bc it clearly is, but I don't think it's as bad as the english lyric translation makes it seem.

The lover guy's name is Yedam before their debut he had a solo debut he was in KPOP Star 2012 and was a runner up in 2017 he appeared on the Stray Kids YG Vs JYP show where he sang Shawn Mendas's "Nothing holding me back" and it blew up he was the top search in naver even Shawn Mendas himself recognised him and he was only 15 .

re: the lyrics in mmm, i don't think they come across like that in the korean, it's just hard to account for innuendo when translating. Like the medusa line, he's saying he's so nervous/tense around her he turns to stone, but "you harden me" sounds bad in english, even if it's not dirty in korean. The kneeling line too - in an english song it would absolutely have a racy meaning, but i'm p sure it has different cultural connotations in korea. Not saying MMM isn't a sexier song bc it clearly is, but I don't think it's as bad as the english lyric translation makes it seem.
I agree, I think she misunderstood the lyrics. Maybe She doesn't know who medusa Is and when Yoshi Said "kneel down" I think Is kinda like showin respect because then he Says "Queen"

24:00 now that u mentioned it i think it's something to do with their label because the sunbae's blackpink have a similar sequence. Ktl, pwf,whistle,pretty savage,see you later, lovesickgirls etc are similar to the love themes and heartbreaks.
If you notice "peddle to the medal" 25:47 came in one of bp song(see you later) and there was a ktl reference.(when rosie was driving the car 25:45)

Lover Guy is Yedam. Check out his solo song "Wayo". His other members covered that as well. Just search up "JihoonXJunkyuXMashihoXYedamXJeongwoo Wayo" I highly suggest that because it's a slower song and the vocalists of Treasure covered that. Medusa turns ANYONE who look in her eyes to stone. It's NOT R-18. 😭 Though, Hyunsuk was already 20+, he's not singing sensual lines in front of his minor brothers. He even sensors or checks what he says when the babies are around. His lyrics just meant he gets petrified seeing the girl he likes.
