Not sure this was for the rain or if it was a scheduled power cut! Weligama has power cuts from 18:30 - 19:30 in general I believe, another place I stayed had power cut then as well. But it wasn't an inconvenience, an hour without power really was doable for me :) Thanks for watching again!

Keep surfing surfing and surfing 🏄 Weligama is the best place for beginners, in few weeks you will see how busy these places. Tourists Arivels are just bigining ,for this season ,bit late this time due to local as well international crisis , Have a nice holiday and safe stay.
Yeah really a good spot, good waves to practice and no rocks! Which made me way more comfortable to just go for it haha! Hope the tourist arrivals happen full force soon! 😎
The best place is Arugambe to surf. (I think). The waves are much bigger. Of course, we have " king" coconut but do not have "queen" coco nuts. That's nuts, ha? 😂😂🙏
