If you having a moving picture you will have to key frame the points and move them with the video, you can do this by clicking on a point and clicking the diamond shaped button, then you can move it along the timeline and add another one, and you will then have to move the dot on the second diamond you add to where the object/ character moved too. It’s honestly quite tedious and annoying but it’s the only way to do it on alight motion.
