I wouldn't say he "carried" him but for sure spared him, he had plenty of chances to do him like Caleb Plant but held back. As far as "falling off" I think it's just what comes with time and ring IQ knowing he isn't young so why risk anything especially with the money he makes as the face of boxing. I feel like he is using this 3 fight deal to prep for Benavidez as one of his last real big fights. If he wins (Which I think he would) then he takes a couple easy fights then fades into the sunset...MAYBE a Crawford fight MAYBE. If he loses to DB then he would probably retire or announce retirement soon after with a fight or two.

Dude gets touched way too much. If it wasn't for his past PED usage, he'd already be washed. His head movement and speed are leaving him reducing him to an even more flat-footed power puncher. Left hook to the body and right uppercut are his most dominant punches, no jab. I truly worry about what would happen to Canelo if he fights Benevidez.

@@futurelegendsboxing5190 probably alcohol and partying tbh. He got in really good shape for this fight I will give him that. But like I said, I believe PED's gave him a boost through the 30's.
