As a heads up FYI the locations of the black light spots are random to each person and the symbols are unique to each person's playthrough so they will not be the same for your game playthrough. Also I was unaware the shoe requires you to kill 200 spiders for it's max upgrade power. Best way to achieve this is using the infinite ammo modifier along with your shoe, your Cheetos preferably using the royal grape flavor to make spider queens and your energy drinks to slow down time giving you chance to destroy the spiders easier. Use the air horn to draw out hiding spiders too. Enjoy 👍
