    “It’s the food.”- Hippocrates (400 BCE) - “It’s still the food!” - Galen (AD 150) - “...it’s been the food all along.” - Michael Klaper (2020).

    Here in Netherlands 🇳🇱 me, my sister in Switzerland 🇨🇭 we roll our eyes 👀 to the 🌌, it drives us nuts just like You guys , as Doctors even ask to eat less fruits to people who have wrong cholesterol numbers, whilst keeping them on a short leash for the next appointment….as they care, care to put them on meds….(they sincerely care, but they don’t know, here in Europe we are light years from you guys !!!

    12 years whole food plant based...my daughter,my wife and i followed Dr Furman. While i still think it gives you a good load of nutrients, now i know it's not that miracle way of eating. Even though my wife got rid of her inhaler and Arthritis medicine.
    We are overweight. My wife developed diabetes 2. I got brain tumor 8 years ago and last week i got diagnosed with skin cancer.
    Wfpb eaters get sick as much as other diets.

      Thank you for this information! WFPB diets are good , but not perfect.

    • @samanthahi4541

      Yes many other factors are involved in getting sick. Stress alone can cause these issues. It's not just the food it's also mental health and even the water you drink. So many factors involved but having a good wfpb lifestyle can help.

    11:39 - “The dose makes the poison...” indeed. Meat once a month? I’ll keep mine to thrice per annum: Christmas, Easter, and 4th ofJuly barbecue.

    If I'm overweight already, do I need a weighted vest?

    • @CHEFAJ
      @CHEFAJ  4 года назад

      That's a good question for Dr. Klapper

  • @seamuswarren
    @seamuswarren 3 года назад +1

    I don’t need a “weighted vest”.

    One of the most important reasons for living a Vegan Lifestyle is ethics. However for health IMO the diet should be A Whole Food Plant BASED diet. Limit Salt, Oil and Sugar, Avoid Processed Food and Limit Animal Products.
    Dr Klapper always says "We are not Carnivorous Apes"
    The Chacma Baboons, who have a symbiotic relationship with Thompson Gazelles, (they Warn the Gazelles when a predator is approaching). however 30% of their diet is Thompson Gazelles.
    So the point I am making is that there are Primates who are truly Omnivores, and if we humans do eat animal products (BUT NOT DAIRY), it is not completely against nature, but it should be severely limited, once a week at most, and not 3 times a day as in the S.A.D diet.
    The other point is that Game meat is completely different to factory farmed meat, lower in fat, no antibiotics, and no added hormones.
    Please dont get me wrong I am not advocating that everyone go out and shoot animals, but simply making the point that there are some truly Omnivor Primates.
