- 21st July 1998 - Socialite Ivana Trump, Eurovision winner Dana International, and outrageous TV presenter Julian Clary join presenter Ruby Wax.
Ivana had a wonderful personality: equal parts warm and straightforward. Open minded and deep thinking. Anyone who can go from discussing Communist upbringing to her eyelid lift without missing a beat is fine by me. Rest in peace, gallant lady.
I felt bad for Julian it seemed he was struggling with a panic attack during the interview. Dana international was so lovely and chilled I think many of the questions levelled at her would not fly today but she handled them so gracefully. Ivana was sweet and such a good sport for letting them go through her handbag. Love Ruby it’s great to see these interviews again. ❤

Poor Julian in the company ofall these ultra feminine and strong, confident females, hogging the platform with their views and leaving him out until Ruby Wax realised after he had to walk out in a panic attack that they needed to include him!😊
Ivana is charming. Ruby and Julian are annoying.

Lovely woman - Ivana was a class act. It seems to me she was I’ll on her last days. She looked bloated and needed assistance to walk. May she Rest In Peace. Best wife Donald ever had although I do like Melania - Ivana was definitely a force to reckon with
All these years I thought Ruby wax was a British woman until I actually saw one of her interviews
It´s so uncomfortable to watch how they were treating transsexuality back in those days...
and that was only 20 years ago!!!! We've definitely come a long way!

@@adminemails that woman being rude with everyone was not how things were in the past, I'm old enough to know. Anyway, I wasn't judging how disrespectful she was (which I aslo think) but how much misinformation she had about the trans topic, which sadly was a very common things in those days.
Ivana was wonderful, she sat through quite a bit of verbal rubbish and handled it beautifully.

Julian has way too much baggage to be on the show. He's clearly uncomfortable in his own skin here. If he was feeling some type of way he should have just opted not to be on because he brings nothing to the conversation. Ivana must have had to go to a chiropractor after this was over for basically carrying the entire conversation
It's true, he was very uncomfortable to watch, he came off as a complete prat
Julian should have sat in the audience…..he brought absolutely NOTHING to the table!!! Embarrassing 🙄 Ivana & Dana were great guests. Ruby was awful though in the way she spoke to Julian. She caused him to shut down as she was so personal. It was borderline an attack on his personality but ultimately he should have just left as it was a cringe and awkward interaction between him and the other guests. RIP Ivana. She was great.
