For ur knowledge there are only 2 people who achieved Field marshal post from independence in army.

Brigadier post is lesser lieutenant general post.

Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw is the evergreen , Gen. JS Arora, General JFR, Gen Sagat Singh, Air Force Officer Krishnan, Hari Chand Dewan, Air Force officer Krishna Moorthy and all the soldiers who took part in the war, and especially those who sacrificed their life in the war are absolutely great Indians. Many of the officers and Jawans are no more, but they live forever in the memory of our nation.
After watching such brave people's stories, I really feel that we really should have very well educated, dedicated and trained political leaders.. We really really need some serious changes in our constitution in terms of the rulers of the country.. otherwise we will keep on getting such leaders which will keep on ruining our future..
I really appreciate and would like thank the anchor and the team's effort to share stories of these brave soldiers..
M really upset that when we lost our one of the bravest Field Marshal, I didn't know his story.. Although I was aware of Late Field Marshal Karyappa's role and Late Mr. Nehru's role in POK's existence.. It's really sad that the stories of such heroes are known to very less people, even if these are now available over the internet.. No one is really interested... All they want to talk about is.. caste, corruption, money, and reservation.. Really sad...
