I have theory. The villain do it with class 1-A because the villain is Midoriya friend and possibly brother. Class 1-A fine with it because Midoriya Convince them or because they all know Midoriya family. And how they do it without the teacher knowing, maybe because they train secretly and with limited time before the teacher check on them
