The COVID-19 pandemic has halted or even reversed progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in many countries worldwide. This CD Talk discusses how countries can mobilize additional revenues, including by enhancing tax systems and modernizing public financial management, to resume their progress toward meeting the SDGs.
