I have a VFC XM177E2 on the way… ordered it yesterday. This video has got out at a perfect time and giving me an excited mentality to watch how it performs and how to improve it for the next year to come!!

I had some store credit at a local shop that I need to spend and end up ordered the SR16 E3 CQB (most recent production batch) as this video helped me formed my decision....Cheers! Very amazing content. Vfc should pay you. Hop up is most important in fun factor. Before i try my friend vfc ar’s. I really confuse why people says it is good. It s so awful. But now, internal, external, performance are excellent.
There are two things I have found consistent with VFC since I bought their first gen 416 aeg many years ago and that is: excellent bodies full of detail and woeful internals with their QC being one of the worst imo. I see far too many negative reviews of their products that I refuse to buy them and I'd love a GBBR full length M16a2 or an XM177 but I cannot justify giving them money in the hope that they've fixed their qc issues on this model.
Yah their old lines of products do have some real issues, and when it comes to the parts supply that becomes another problem. Based on my personal opinion I think they improved, but they certainly can improve more

@4UADSmartAirsoft please announce the hop up arm release soon. I prefer a machine made hop up arm rather than gunsmithing it as shown. :) i like your team's approach to testing. You could create a scientific and measurable method on getting the best hop trajectory. Once an optimal value has been determined, use that for all distance testing comparisons so that they are even more consistent. Keep up the good work 4uad team!
Interesting insight with the hopup arm. The way you described it the same thing might be happening with my WE G36, I will check it out. I don't own any VFCs. IDK their MO these days but years ago they made such small batches of everything that whenever I wanted to buy one of their replicas they were always out of stock, their UMP .45 I kept on my wishlist for the longest time, for years, it never reappeared so I just kinda gave up on VFC alltogether. These days I consider my collection pretty complete so unless VFC releases something really interesting I will not own any of their replicas. Or maybe if something breaks in an unrepairable way I will get the VFC alternative to replace it.
I just saw the VFC review video, actually the hop-up of the VFC is "structures with severe up and down deviations and can't hold left and right". Most people try to solve this problem with MAPLE LEAF Chamber GHK/VFC Alternatively, use the TNT chamber. And there's wrong with the VFC gun sometimes. Working on countless VFC ARs (almost 50 to 100) The floating valve of the VFC is stuck inside the nozzles due to tolerance, and inside nozzle, silver part in the middle is not fixed, so the position is free-spirited and the speed of the bullet is severe. (actually, that problem percent is 3%. 25~30 per 1 now, but, until 2022 vfc product have this problem often. almost 30%. bruh :v) This is detailed on the airsix RUclips in Korea. So I did this and stabilized the bullet velocity, but at the same time, I managed to secure a hit rate for 0.2g by using the option chamber, option hop up rubber (unicorn hop up rubber). But also at 330-350fps, I only managed to secure a stable hit rate of 15-20m and over 20-25m was very difficult. I don't think 30m would be possible with a 0.2g limit... I hope your hop-up chamber will shine Thank you for producing a good quality video.

If they were to prolong the QC process before getting these out to the consumers, we wouldn’t need to wait for the next “version 3 or 4” to come out just to recommend their products after “finetuning”. Add that to their inability to get their AR’s stateside to US airsoft distributors. Because of this, there are only 2 reasons people buy VFC AR gbbrs in the US. 1. They want a certain look otb without changing out externals. 2. They brag about their toy’s real steel compatibility (i.e my toy is better than yours)
The problem with VFC ARs is they are made for over joule market and for use with heavy bbs. I used different versions and they all performed bad shooting at 1J with 0.30g bbs. No mattered what bucking, hop arm or nozzle i was using. For those powers the solution is a TM MWS with just an NPAS for reducing power
I was hoping to see what mods you would do in order to fit your 4uad bucking and nub. Has anyone tried to fit their bucking and nub? Or can you use the bucking only without the nub on a v3 hop assembly on a vfc?
different places use different bbs haha like in Japan the heaviest BB they use was 0.28g and 0.28g here in Taiwan sometime is a bit too light for pistols :D
That replica was overhoping 0.43 at 30m, that's a hard hop! Anyway... this sound like some new improved parts for the VFC GBBR's are coming from you guys? :D
It really depends on what you want and where you live if you live in a really cold place maybe MWS is the way to go, but the trigger feels really shitty..... and VFC had some awesome spring and mechanical feels, and if you live in a hot place you will like VFC, and don't forget to mod the arm a little bit XD
Vfc gbbr are good but not out of the box. my 416 v3 had her stock broken after first play, the hop-up barrel was changed as well. I have no issue with the magazines, but have to shave a little the "firing pin" side by side. Accu wedge are gold if you don't want the wobbles. Surprisingly, i am far more happy with my UMP 9. @airsoft-chay made a tutorial for make it fire the real ROF. More than happy than i know the real weapon. Only complaint: the real have polymer mags. I have the G3 but i don't test it for the moment. I just put real steal part on it. It's a very beautifull rifle My tought is that the VFC G36 is probably better than theire AR, even if i love the KAC

Well it's the same, the ump is good but not out of the box. This is "2015-ish' vfc, the joint and barrel was crap, there was no npas. And the ROF was far too high causing breakage I shave up the hammer, enlab the false buffer on the recoil spring, replace it by a real one, i switch for a crazy jet barrel and a joint mapple leaf. Guillautine airsoft have made steel outer barrel for it and npas, so î order it. Now this is far more realistic, and, as i hold real UMP 9 i can say the weight i the same make it a perfect "PTW" for me xD Only complaint: on the RS ump9 the magazine is on polymer, not in the vfc, and there is frixion when you have to put it out of the magwell
for some reason my m16a1 wont work properly with the 30rn mags but works fine with the 20rn. found out its something with the lover (i am getting a new one from redwolf cuz there was another problem with it) but still nice gun also got the 733 cuz i remeber seeing it from a vid you guys made and black hawk down
I think it’s the mag sanding problem, basically if the mag catch was sand to different height. If you get a chance to purchase the t91 mag those will be the ones that are problem free

BCM MCMR i have one and this replica have biiig problem with weak hop up Arm .... put there TNT hopup and it will fly like a laser (i have 11.5inch and im shooting 0.40 at 90meters)
I had an issues and it turned out to be the two piece outer barrel at the connection being loose and having play in and out of the gun where it affected the hop contact one shot hoping the next not and the one after that over hopping I jb welded them together and shoots beams like you said .40 out to 90 meters without hop being turned all the way to max even

And why test a GBBR (or any airsoft gun) with 0.20g?! You are never going to get consistent results plus gas guns have Joule creep when you then use heavier ammo
0,43g bb´s sound-excessive. How much are you paying for them? I am using 0,30g bb´s, at most 0,32g bb´s(for aeg that is). Cost for 0,43g bb´s is alot higher. Not fielded thus far my vfc gas rifles. Very interesting and in-depth video! €: also, the hopup adjustment on both rifles of mines is not moving at all. Not sure if that eases with use but right now, it is virtually unusable.
yah man the one you have must be the batch that had the larger o ring, which made it not adjustable at all..... in your case I would recommend switching to a smaller tension o ring, this way your hop up unit is actually adjustable, and I highly recommend you to fine tune the hop up arm contact surface it will give you some very nice results with 0.32g. And finally since I don't shoot in a game as often I go with the bb that's pricier but more wind resistant. Hope this helps in some ways
@@4UADSmartAirsoft Makes perfect sense regarding bb weight and less shoots with it. And thanks alot for the tip regarding the hop up, it left me quite irritated since it did not feel designed tight like the handguard spring(for which there is a handguard tool to easily work with) but not good defect tight/stuck. Manual and videos just mentioned to easily adjust it under the handguards. Is a switch of the o ring an easy thing? Never worked with it thus far and not much any airsoft tech either.
So... You are telling me that I have to pay $700 or even $1000 bucks for a gun to help a company to learn about how to make a product? no dude, that is not how a product work. Imagine being a beta tester without knowing it and paying ridiculous amounts of money for being it. VFC have one main problem, they releases SOOO many models and platforms that they can´t be good at all of them, marui for example releases very little products and variants but you know they will work well (even though they are not a good example)

如果Vfc 能在hop精度方面能改善就好了，曾經接觸過Vfc的hk417 v2跟fnx45，兩者都會發生hop不上不下的現象，問題是在飛機噴嘴到hop座壓點的距離，簡單講是噴嘴太短bb彈上膛後無法跟壓點貼合，使得每次上彈的位置都不同，但如果換成壓點較長的hop皮，是可以些許改善不上不下的現象，但沒辦法調太深的上揚，因為轉太深hop反而變成阻礙讓bb彈打不出來卡在膛內，如果vfc 能在這區塊做改善的話就更好了

MCMR的下壓點一定要修，瓦斯管下方連接位置鑽洞鎖螺絲可以讓hop更穩定不會亂跳，每一把MCMR的ＨＯＰ螺絲鬆緊度都不同，我的就一開始就很鬆，VFC品管這點上細節應該要留意一下😊調整桿螺紋上中強度螺絲膠配合鎖點固定 hop非常穩定；改裝部分我使用獨角獸精密管+80度 hop皮＋.32ＢＢ，射程80米又直又遠….我是找TAF幫我改的，有興趣的人可以找他們處理

以前一直都是用馬牌，近幾年嘗試過朋友的733，果斷跳槽VFC
板機扣壓換了鋼那感覺更美，後座力洽到好處，外觀又是最好的，價錢也比其他的低
不過VFC這個成本控制大師，玩的時候沒感覺你一拆開來就知道，現在他們好像預估玩家一定會換管換膠，也在內管那降低成本😂
內管我覺得其實還不錯欸，哈哈哈其實就是些小毛病，修一下效果就很不錯了。 希望不要降到關鍵零件哈哈哈哈

一把賣到1萬-1萬5，如果輕輕碰一下就掉漆，後定莫名失效，我相信一般玩家都會覺得很難受。
這個問題廠方根本沒有正視過。

我自己是拿VFC T91 （雖然沒有在這次的測評中）
之前真的沒什麼在玩VFC的長槍
但在場上看過真的斷槍身的案例
VFC T91有個好氣又好笑的點
他一樣身為AR系列，但很多東西都跟M4他們不通是特歸
（槍機那個算細節還好，槍托那個特歸真的讓人好氣又好笑）
但同時也說明了他要另外開一個模
（更不提他槍身為了避免被誤會做了一點點手腳）
整體下來真的是台灣國內跟Ob 有的比的一把T91
但性能上卻大於ob許多
整體上我覺得還是進不了不少了哈哈希望能持續進步

作為416A5 v2跟v3的玩家，VFC的改進是有目共睹，但是彈道永遠沒轍，.36BB彈可以在30公尺上下跳，即使花了好多改件去換，效果也是差強人意，不過這影片或許可以回去試試，看看我那孩子能不有所起色。

你可以想想看GHK有什麼VFC沒有的 我現在只想的到鋼外管 鋼槍機框(但V更便宜) 稍微好一點的彈匣設計(外觀不算 GMAG偏醜)
GHK大量鋼鋼好 擊錘90度 但你有手汗的話你會很想重新投胎
手最常摸的彈匣也是鋼殼 雖然有防鏽處理但天敵就是天敵 時間問題而已

my 416 v3 had her stock broken after first play, the hop-up barrel was changed as well. I have no issue with the magazines, but have to shave a little the "firing pin" side by side. Accu wedge are gold if you don't want the wobbles.
Surprisingly, i am far more happy with my UMP 9. @airsoft-chay made a tutorial for make it fire the real ROF. More than happy than i know the real weapon. Only complaint: the real have polymer mags.
I have the G3 but i don't test it for the moment. I just put real steal part on it. It's a very beautifull rifle

Well it's the same, the ump is good but not out of the box. This is "2015-ish' vfc, the joint and barrel was crap, there was no npas. And the ROF was far too high causing breakage
I shave up the hammer, enlab the false buffer on the recoil spring, replace it by a real one, i switch for a crazy jet barrel and a joint mapple leaf. Guillautine airsoft have made steel outer barrel for it and npas, so î order it.
Now this is far more realistic, and, as i hold real UMP 9 i can say the weight i the same make it a perfect "PTW" for me xD
Only complaint: on the RS ump9 the magazine is on polymer, not in the vfc, and there is frixion when you have to put it out of the magwell
Would you also recommend chamfering the nozzle like you did in your friction pro bucking video? Or is shaving the hop arm better?
Nope not anymore I think the setting right now is pretty good just mod the hop up arm and you are good to go

VFC近期出的m16系列外观都很考究，但唯一不明白的是为啥30发弹匣形状严重失真。既然已经花功夫还原枪体外观了，为啥唯独弹匣不能改好点

for some reason my m16a1 wont work properly with the 30rn mags but works fine with the 20rn. found out its something with the lover (i am getting a new one from redwolf cuz there was another problem with it) but still nice gun also got the 733 cuz i remeber seeing it from a vid you guys made and black hawk down
I think it’s the mag sanding problem, basically if the mag catch was sand to different height. If you get a chance to purchase the t91 mag those will be the ones that are problem free

BCM MCMR i have one and this replica have biiig problem with weak hop up Arm .... put there TNT hopup and it will fly like a laser (i have 11.5inch and im shooting 0.40 at 90meters)
I had an issues and it turned out to be the two piece outer barrel at the connection being loose and having play in and out of the gun where it affected the hop contact one shot hoping the next not and the one after that over hopping I jb welded them together and shoots beams like you said .40 out to 90 meters without hop being turned all the way to max even

Why does the chrono read 0.74j if you shoot a 0.2g projectile at 100m/s? It should be 1J...
And why test a GBBR (or any airsoft gun) with 0.20g?! You are never going to get consistent results plus gas guns have Joule creep when you then use heavier ammo

I am using 0,30g bb´s, at most 0,32g bb´s(for aeg that is). Cost for 0,43g bb´s is alot higher. Not fielded thus far my vfc gas rifles.

€: also, the hopup adjustment on both rifles of mines is not moving at all. Not sure if that eases with use but right now, it is virtually unusable.
yah man the one you have must be the batch that had the larger o ring, which made it not adjustable at all..... in your case I would recommend switching to a smaller tension o ring, this way your hop up unit is actually adjustable, and I highly recommend you to fine tune the hop up arm contact surface it will give you some very nice results with 0.32g.
And finally since I don't shoot in a game as often I go with the bb that's pricier but more wind resistant. Hope this helps in some ways

And thanks alot for the tip regarding the hop up, it left me quite irritated since it did not feel designed tight like the handguard spring(for which there is a handguard tool to easily work with) but not good defect tight/stuck. Manual and videos just mentioned to easily adjust it under the handguards.
Is a switch of the o ring an easy thing? Never worked with it thus far and not much any airsoft tech either.

我的鏡橋魚骨有m2紅點那款和只適用T2的，vfc後座強容易震鬆，我是噴黑螺絲墊片然後夾在中間，這樣除了固定外還可以增加空位讓我能看到機瞄（之前扭緊螺絲會擋住前準星）
當然你不會拆的話可以直接上螺絲膠
那可能得換個規格了，我的鎖就不會晃，要不試試螺絲滑司也會有效果

So... You are telling me that I have to pay $700 or even $1000 bucks for a gun to help a company to learn about how to make a product? no dude, that is not how a product work.
Imagine being a beta tester without knowing it and paying ridiculous amounts of money for being it.
VFC have one main problem, they releases SOOO many models and platforms that they can´t be good at all of them, marui for example releases very little products and variants but you know they will work well (even though they are not a good example)
Ok, perhaps you can ace all that in one shot :)
