@David P. Thanks for the heads-up David! Right now with my back pain, I've been kinda switching back & forth with cigarettes (which I've smoked for 30 years). @David P. Yes, I've heard of snus - it will be something to consider, Like I said, I've smoked cigarettes for a long time & have had no problem - my levels have been 95 or higher whenever I test & my cardio was through the roof until I injured my back & couldn't work-out no more. People have pushed me to vaping. To me it doesn't make sense - hot steam seems like it would be really bad for the lungs, I have a friend on oxygen too - the doctors say it's from the inhaler he used (symbicort). But he's told me he started using the inhaler after having shortness of breath. (he had vaped for 3yrs at that point) Bless you Sir

Hi Ruben, The knife on the right is the Boker "Club Gentleman" in Desert Ironwood. You would really enjoy this knife, it's stylish & very functional for all uses.
It definitely tucks away nicely. That bead blast brass bolster & color combination was love at first sight!🥰😆 Boker USA may be expected too much when they listed this one so high - but alot of dealers have it priced high too. I was really surprised to find it at the price I did. Take Care - Again, Merry Christmas Hobie!
Hi Mr Hogg , I got me couple of Boker Barlows too, one prime jute just like yours lovely lovely knife and a Bog Oak scales one, both have carbon blades , quality all the way , I wonder the issue with high price in the USA for Boker is the same as Case here in the UK, we can pay almost twice what you guys do . the thing is you are nearly always going to get a quality Boker sometimes Case let themselves down with their finishing , saying that I love Case patterns , I'm saving up for a seahorse whittler the best price I have seen for the one I like is £98 ($125) , by the time I save up it might be gone , the highs and lows of collecting I suppose , laters tatters , keep up the good work
Thanks Paul! The ups & downs of collecting are always going to be there unfortunately. That's why when I see a knife I like, I'll check everywhere possible to get the best price. Although, I still factor in so many things - dealer reputation ( I read customer reviews), shipping costs, exchange rates, time of delivery, return policy - I'll even see how many they have on hand, I scared to buy the "last one" because it may be one that kept getting returned & the dealer kept trying to get rid of it! lol😆 With that being said, I try to buy most of them from my home team - USA. Very nice. 440c is a big step above 440a and Tru-harp. I really appreciate steel with above average wear resistance. The cheaper steels just wear away too dang fast for me. Keep em sharp.
