I feel Kakashi was more alone than Naruto. It is wrong to think this way, but Naruto's presence was at least acknowledged by the hatred around him. But Kakashi was all alone. No love, no hatred. This guy just purely motivation as himself. I felt anger and pity for Naruto, but for Kakashi it's just sadness.

Talking about horrible past, one thing that comes to mind is Sasuke, just think, a second child, who's idol was his own elder brother, who also killed his entire clan with his parents'. His confrontation with Itachi was more to find the truth than taking revenge because I believe somewhere in his heart his brother could not do this and everything others say was a lie. After learning the truth, he went berserk and planned to kill the entire village, which ofcourse was not well thought, but just imagine his state of mental development, it's sad. He was a good kid just like all kids, was so easily manipulated by the past and his friends. Why Naruto stayed with him till the end is because, he saw the good in Sasuke, and knew how wrong he was. We can also say Naruto as an Anime was also the story of his arch rival and best mate Sasuke. Which is at par with Naruto himself. I feel I am still immature to know the complexity of their relationship, but this is what I feel. Sorry for the really long reply, but nice to talk with you.
@@abhishekdatta4636 yes, the story wasn't just about naruto. Sasuke was in a really bad place, but still naruto saw that there is still something good in his heart. Even tho sasuke had a horrible childhood after what Itachi did, i don't think revenge was the right choise for him. In the end naruto and Sasuke were almost like brothers and so naruto couldn't let him go. I like to read so no problem😅. And i like talking to you too, 'cause i feel like u get me😁
