I’m dealing with some hit stuff….they won’t like me questioning them……. Don’t know if they will try to get rid of me for bringing up their inspection , while I’m still in isolation, and asked they they use n95 mask, which I purchased……not the baggy ones that are opened on the sides……I’m immunocompromised COPD etc, and MS.. They refused my mask and refused them taking their temp, with the temp unit with sensor which is used app 3 inches away from forehead…no contact…..Refused shoe coverings Etc..Long story. Sent emails to Mgr-her supervisor and then her supervisor ….. Waiting for answers…………in the meantime, I’m researching and looking for all the info I can get my hands on…….Been on Sec 8 since 1998, old timer from Tx…… Living in Oregon, is pitiful……It’s beautiful ands that’s it ………Don’t move up here, if your a friendly Texan and a social person………….I will be listening to all your videos ! I live in California and I participated in rental assistance during covid landlord brought a unlawful detainer against me. She failed to submit rental debt for January and February 2022 and used as a means to evict me stating that participating with the rental assistance agency was a hardship. She didn't submit necessary pleadings to even warrant a summons let alone default judgment. she's awarded judgment she was paid through the rental assistance agency the day after I was evicted the court stands indirect contempt of the California state legislators and I remain homeless could you offer any suggestions thank you

Good morning all & Jay, I'm sorry to bother you & I am going to book my appointment this afternoon 😊 My social worker has been trying to get my referral into the housing authority (Las Vegas, NV) but my information isn't in the system because my name wasn't pulled the last lottery so apparently they just cleared me from the list..I'm disabled with MS and Parkinsons and my daughter is going through the worst postpartum I've ever experienced with her now almost 6 month old daughter (so she's not back to work yet) because my domestic partner & I raised her now 9 year old daughter because she was young & couldn't make a bottle & was TERRIFIED of changing her diaper for fear of hurting the baby!! Can you explain how the voucher works? If you list your property for $800 do you wait for a tenant with a $800 voucher? Or do you have to take whatever the case worker gives you. Example a $400 voucher person and you have to track the tenant down for your other $400? Is it safer to have someone with more or less voucher money$ ?

I appreciate your comments about people who abuse the system they have homes in mx husband and they get section 8. Then there's people mom's homeless trying to get a home they get denied. I wish you guys could help with the go here in san diego. Thanks

Where can I move (from Tennessee) to be able to get into low income housing (preferably not a year long waiting list) I been on a waiting list since 2019 for a 2 bedroom apartment, I'm in 38th place of 80 ppl on that list! I'm so sick of being homeless because of this BS! Like I've mentioned before on this channel I am willing to move to a different state, so that I can get it housing at a reasonable manner of time! I do not have the money right now to get any kind of consulting. Thank you for your channel/time and energy regarding this situation. I also have a nine-year-old son we need a home ASAP!

I was in the verification process for Ga. But I would be moving from Florida and my worker in Ga. Said that I was over income but I would be starting over is there anything I could do to get this voucher?

i pay 1100.00 our of my pocket and section 8 pays 1600.00 and to look at those numbers its insane and this is only for a 2 bedroom.
I wish I knew her before I had to leave my beloved state of mich 7 mo ago because I had nowhere to live
