I LOVE kale. My favorite way to eat it is drenched in olive oil, lightly salted and steamed/toasted in the oven. 2:55 my face when it come out da oven.

That was totally me...until I took a human nutrition course, flunked a test and met one on one with the professor. She went on and on about how much better people's health would be if they ate a salad a day. I was thinking, "No way. I don't eat fruit and veggies." But I forced myself to start eating them, starting with the bagged ones and I would completely coat the salad in ranch. It's taken me 20 years to learn to like something besides ranch! But the good news is, I actually crave salads now. You can, too. But you can pass on the kale...baby steps.

it's different when you grow up with grandparents having 2 gardens with fresh veggies and fruits. when I was young I had one bite of strawberry said it was good, my mother said "have more" I was like no I don't want. didn't eat them since 4 till I guess 19 and that went with more stuff. but experiencing raw veggies just having these small bites can give you an image of stuff and that's what I like about it(raw stuff always opens your mind, give you more imagination and you can be more alchemy creative like). I think you can teach your tastebuds, but also there is so much healthy food tasting the best, but as a lot of marketing make this is healthy, also it's bs tasting soo .. :D now you choose.
