Zelenskiy tells UN that Putin is planning to attack power plants

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy told world leaders at the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday (September 25) that Russian President Vladimir Putin is "aiming to disconnect the plants from the power grid" and warned "any missile or drone strike, any critical incident in the energy system could lead to a nuclear disaster."
