love your channel dude. the diet thing sucks. 3 years ago I found out I had the type 2 diabetic crap. i went from 346 to a steady 260 today. i did the vegetarian thing for most of it, seemed to have worked. best of luck man. and keep the vids coming!!!

Thanks, glad you like the videos. Half my family had diabetes but it hasn't got me yet thankfully, another reason I like to do a sugar flush once a year. Plus, to starve cancers of their craving for sugar. I would love to do the flush the Drunken Taoist does, but it takes deep dedication for that one.
