Suggestion lads, as a long time member - ditch the armchairs, use a table, much easier to talk properly into the mics, plus you can look across at each other (at an angle, like 10 to 2 on the clockface). Would also work great for stuff like the "nick doesn't know what's coming" codex run-throughs, where you really are talking to each other. But whatever you do, those mics need to be allllll the way up in your face.

played the bike list in to ironstorm, felt absolutely terrible. They do not even get close to surviving , even small fire arms like bolters destroy them. Their footprint is so huge so you cant hide them vs shooting armies. Going 2nd the entire army scouting doesnt really help, you dont want to go too far back since moving that much of mounted is a pain
And Nicks game in the warroom with them he lost to the lowest % wr army in the game, so yeah I dont feel sold by them yet, will need large point drops imo.

The good news is, with the right points, at least 4 of the detachments could be relatively equal (idk for Brood Brothers, don't own guard so haven't looked)
I'm sure out the gate abberents won't be dropped enough for broodsurge for instance, but it's fixable with points and when it does get fixed the detachment will have a pretty solid melee pressure build

I have a feeling GW really want you to use the new "move your blip" mechanics a lot. Between the datasheet rules moving them, every detachment gets their own move-a-blip ability.

The problem is, you never get blips to generate. I’ve played two games and didn’t generate a single blip in either.

Thanx for this review you have exactly the same tier list as me 😎🤣.
I juste notice that you tell about the Host of Ascension neo with sustain and lethal on 5+. It seems to be very good.
And on my side I'm ,ot so much enjoyed by the accos saw. Saw seems grate but we lost the flamers and the reroll to wound. On my stats we have much more damage by combining a shoot phase with flamers full reroll wound and charge with claws on full reroll wound. But for specialized pack that always advance and charge why not.

Hi, don't know if I'm just dumb but I thought that the patriarch lost the epic hero keyword in the new book so wouldn't you be able to take multiple now?

Lost epic hero but gained a rule that only allows a single patriarch in the army.

It is a silly "might as well be the same" without relying people reading the bottom of the page usually hidden by the gw app layout

TCWatchdog is correct! The practical change is that the Patriarch can take an enhancement now.

Lol, stop, army painter makes great products, but stop trying to tell people that buying brand a vs brand b will make them a better painter, it doesn't work that way

Bummer, you have removed the chart entirely. I know we (me) complained that it was too small to make out some units or read names, but tossing it entirely ... a step backwards. I very much would like to see it back.
