I use green trays to go through my first steps ( I use a single stange press ) . Then when I put powder in the case I put it in the RED tray signaling that it's HOT ( it has a charge ) then I put the bullet in and seat and crimp it .

What happens with squibbies all depends on tolerance of the barrel and diameter of the projectile. 2 weeks ago I had a squib and didn't know it due to having my ears on and fired a 2nd time. Both bullets shot out BUT small debris did come back smack me in the face. Mostly burned gun powder. The gun it happened with was a Taurus 627 .357 7 shot. Being new to reloading it was my first batch of 38/.357 rounds done on the low end of the scale per lyman manual.

A hint from somebody who did a lot of critical repetitive tasks for years: Don’t go back and forth, go left to right only, always and forever. Workflow should only be left to right. Not-done work on the left, done on the right. Always. Think my advice through.

What I do is the stage thing but after I prime all my cases I move one case at a time visually checking that it is correctly primed to another loading tray where I charge the case and notice the powder level in the case so I can compare the powder level in the next case and so on. Then I move the primed & charged case immediately to my press and seat the bullet. I don't like having multiple powder charged cases with no bullets seated in them sitting on my bench. I NEVER hurry. I've enjoyed watching your videos, Thanks.
