I am building a home with tylor morrison now, with one week to close, the kitchen cabinets are chipped,the floor is unfinished, the tile in shower is cracked, the paint job is bad through the entire house, you can not find one single wall without very noticeable flaws. The work is so rushed. Plant is dead. They have arbitration process, if they are bad, you can’t sue them. They asked for 20 percent deposit, that makes you at a very weak spot. They are charging premium the price, the building quality is the same as Lennar and D. R. Horton, or worse. Be aware…
I don't care much for the floating window on the right of the screen.
