That segment at 4:30 made me realize that something that could really improve the hunt experience in a big way is ADS movement speed reductions like in Apex, so you can ADS with some pistols with very little movement penalty but rifles take alot of speed away when you ADS, thereby making the long range meta less stupid because rifles are easier to shoot at
nah the romero is the best shotgun. Its the only one that is reliable. Crown and king is okay, cadwell is whack and the specter for some reason NEVER kills enemies even if theyre 2 meters away and im pretty sure i hit them.
I feel like every shotgun other than the standard Romero at close range is a coin toss with no real reliability . Today I landed three shots within 6m with the slate and the guy survived somehow .
i think the reason shottys are inconsistent is because people dont get the crosshair in all the way ive noticed all i shot someone with a romero and did not kill it was "fuck me not centermass"
True. I purposely made the title a little click baity, but when the Crown actually works I will defend it as the best Shotgun in the game hands down. Firerate is just too good + speedy reload
@@leeham6230 I have a regular teammate who constantly forgets that he grabbed a gun with talon and he tries to help me with a spicy boi. With expected resuslts.
If I want go crazy with money C&K is a pick all the time, but If I'm losing some money and need more budget loadouts Slate is the way. With 250$ price Slate goes toe to toe with C&K imo.
I’ve had my best plays with the Crown & Cringe, an equal amount of my worst. I’ve had more luck with the LeMat shotgun than I ever have with the Crown.
You don't know me, but I know the best loadout for trios Bow with 2 concertina arrows Mosin mace All 3 types of trip mines and medkit 4 Concertina Bomb You block every opening in boss layer (I MEAN EVERYTHING) then sit back and chill with boys for 40 min It great for bonding trust me
On Streamlabs OBS I run a color correction filter that makes the colors pop a lot more. My game normally looks like the average Hunt experience though with my brightness turned up a tad.
Just fork out the extra money for slugs, bring an ammo box and you'll shred anything in 30m... I usually only use it if I am mad because even at $800 it feels cheap xD
If you're talking about PC specs I've got a Ryzen 5 3600, MSI Ventus 3080, X570 mobo, and 32 Gigs of RAM ( also thanks for asking, reminded me that I should make a small post and stick it somewhere for those interested! )
@@QbertDude quick question: do you get laggy/ stuttery moments during gameplay? i get good fps but always end up getting weird lag when a lot is goign on. Its not just fps drops but it feels like it might be the servers.
Qbert you are completely wrong. I play in the best lobbies and no one uses that consistently. Most consistent is CLEARLY the specter. Everyone dies to specter in my lobbies. No one die from anything else. You are wrong and have epic failed. Ridiculous. Also stop cheating with your post render filters. PATHETIC

Yeah whenever I use the Crown it always feels like the pellets go AROUND the dudes I'm firing at. It's either a one tap or you miss all five shots
Sadly the downside of the Crown. But when it works it just works so well.

You need pennyshot for the spectre to work, then it works similar to the romero
Romero is great until you get aimpunched, or miss a shot.
Just play more with specter and get used its actually nuts

Sarting with Romero and finishing with Crown the reliability of shotguns goes down the further you go.

Yeah, I've actually been running the the crown and king recently and worked out pretty good as long as I had a good follow up like a dolch or officer.

For those asking I play 3-star which is objectively the best rank with most diverse player base.
Hunt showdown has become a shambolic, hip firing mess of a game. I miss when you had to actually aim.
