I thought they be showing latest war realistic movies but they showing movie that are made centuries back. They should write in title that only 19's movies.
There are few "Paths of Glory" in war. They do indeed lead only to the grave.(if you've never read the poem, you should) I've always said of Vietnam; "It's a rich man's war, but a poor man's fight." I think that pretty much says it all. 58,000 young men died and maybe millions of Vietnamese died so a few men could get even richer than they were.
1917 was way more of a suspense movie or that’s a war movie …I think it’s single shot aspect of cinematography was what go it so high up on the list…should’ve been an honorable mention and Gallipoli should’ve been #2
The Serbian Army once again proved its reputation gained during the Balkan Wars. It twice overcame far superior and better-equipped Austro-Hungarian armies (in August and December 1914). In the 1914 campaign, the monarchy employed almost one-third (400,000) of its total forces, and total casualties climbed to 273,813.According to the first estimates presented at the Paris Peace Conerence of 1919, total Serbian casualties were 1,250,000, over 400,000 of which were military losses while the rest were civilian deaths.
Nearly 100k subscribers, and no mention of "Wings"? "Over the Top"? And is "Over the Top" even available? "Sergeant York"? "Le Croix de Bois" ("The Wooden Crosses")? "Tell It To the Marines"? My gosh, that last one has amazing at-sea footage! You can't fake that! Lon Chaney as the sergeant, the Man of a Thousand Faces! I mean, there's actually an extensive compilation of fantastic World War I films, and you mention only the box office ones, or the most well-known. And I'm not knocking "Paths of Glory" or either version of "All Quiet on the Western Front." But ninety more seconds of your video, and you could have invited viewers to check out the films I mentioned. Or the ones neither you nor I did. Also, these aren't "hero" movies that many people associate with war movies. MOST war movies have a very visceral ANTI-war theme to them. It's just set design, swelling music, and directing that will make everything beautiful.
All is quiet on the Western front actually made me cry
Me two, he died on the last minute😔
They're just a bunch of teenager😢

Yeah
Same here
1917 and All Quiet on the Western Front are great!
Very much agreed. I do not like 1917 as much because of how much less horrific it is though. But it is incredibly well filmed.
so is "jethro bodine: master sniper"
1917 is tragically beautiful and western front is brutally tragic
they are so unrealistic tho
All Quiet on the Western Front is my favorite
all quite on the Western front is a best movie i ever seen i think it should be higher in the list it litterly made me cry
thats your opinion, its too unrealistic to be higher on the list
I feel like All Quiet 2022 should be higher on the list
no it shouldnt it is so overrated and unrealistic

*The best WW I movie by far is the 1964 French movie LE ROI DES COEURS, available on DVD with English subtitles as THE KING OF HEARTS.*
thats not ww1
Very very great epic list I like it a lot very very great job 😊
War horse ranked at the bottom? Aint no way. That movie made me a ww1 nerd
thats probably the worst movie to make you like ww1, its so unrealistic
Paths Of Glory is a masterpiece and you should add The Red Baron (2008)
I feel like the 2008 "Red Baron" is more of a 21st Century revisionist film.
Love Path of Glory, Glad it got number 1
Beneath Hill 60 is amazing
1917 was way more of a suspense movie or that’s a war movie …I think it’s single shot aspect of cinematography was what go it so high up on the list…should’ve been an honorable mention and Gallipoli should’ve been #2

All quiet on western front made me salut😂

Erich Maria Remarque, one of the best writers I have read.
You forgot Sergeant York (1941)
There was a 1995 Live Action Movie called A Little Princess
Add blizzard of souls it is also under the name the rifleman. Make sure you see the un edited version.
