Thanks, these are good instructions. I also followed the other video you mentioned which said to put R1 and L1 facing away from you. I did that and had a really hard time getting it in, and even after it was together it just didn't feel right in my head. After watching your video I pulled it apart again and did it again your way and now it goes together perfectly with no issues.
Those look really nice. It's been 10 months since this video has posted. How are the caliper covers holding up if you're still rocking them. Thanks for the 411
Cool vid, I have the same ones on the way. Two little bits of constructive criticism; #1 is Safety. Never trust a hydraulic jack, there is nothing more than a 10 cent o-ring stopping the car from dropping like a ton of bricks (and you won't have any warning, trust me on this). And #2 would be some blue loc-tite on the threads. It would really suck if a puck fell off and you had to buy a whole new caliper set just for one little piece, or if the loose cover tears up the rim/rotor. Otherwise good vid and keep it up!
Have you had any issues since the install? Any rubbing or them loosening off? Or dare I saw fall off? Super interested in some caliper covers but not sure about longevity
No issues so far. Another commenter suggested using some Locktite on the screws which in hindsight would make sense. Either way, I love them and think they really set my Model 3 apart from most I see. One of my favorite design mods.
Thanks for the response! I ordered a set for my Y. I was going to paint mine but this route is much less hassle and honestly I like that it gives some beef to the calipers. @@Teslamonial
Great video. Pleasant to see someone not acting like a know it all and being genuine.
Good job.
Hey, that really means a lot to me. Thank you!
putting the tire back is the hardest part! Very good demo. thank you!

Great video. I was worried for your feet several times when you had them under the tire. If that jack ever were to give your feet would be pancaked.
Dang I didn’t think about that! I would have had a viral clip tho 😂
I love this style of video! Great.
Nice install!! Thanks for sharing!!!
Hey thanks! Having fun with the new whip!

NICE. TINT LOOKS GREAT AS WELL.
Thanks Mark!!
@@Teslamonial You’re welcome. What percentage is the tint on the front windows?
@@mgm5781 5% tint. It’s nice in day time but to be honest, very dark at night and hard to see through. Kind of wish I went 10%
They look great. I went red.

Nice tip on both! Need some Jack stands for sure!
Nice 👏🏾 will use this video
Can you do a video installing sound deadner on the cabin floor and/or trunk?. Road noise is killing me in my Model 3!!😢
Do they affect range?🤷♂️

Do you know if it fits on 20inch oem wheels for model 3? Doest the sticker hold up in time?
Your feet and hands worried me👀
So all this just to add more weight and possible catastrophic problems for some color?
Fantastic Observation Alex
