Dropping hatate is a crime, he is the most powerful and strongest midfielder, we need a driving force with greta movement, engles and Bernardo are too similar and we’d go back to the form when we had oriely Bernardo and mcgregor in the midfield

Agee think Bernardo will push on this season Hatate will go in the summer. Natural successor is Bernardo. Luke has the backing of everybody and is only going to get better.

What CCV does isn't easy. He makes it look easy because he sees passes 10 seconds before they're made and he's in the right place. We all loved it when Jozo sent Miller into the stratosphere, but CCV doesn't need to do those things because he's always three steps ahead and he's always in the right place. That's invaluable and not easy. Everyone talks about his strength but it's his brain that makes him so good, and makes everything look easy. We only really appreciate him when he's out for a spell.
It's a win that keeps us just ahead of Aberdeen.

That's because naismith knows what we know and that is best way to play against us is with 3 at the back and 5 i middle as this removes the gaps on the wings that likes of maeda and khun like to start attacks from.

As much as we all love Kyogo we’ve got to face facts. If Kyogo doesn’t start to take his chances this season especially in the champions league I fear we are going to face some poor results. When Kyogo&Hatate fire on all cylinders they’re world class Hatate especially doesn’t look interested more often than not lately

Apart from scoring the penalty and hitting the post I thought Engels was pretty average , looked a bit off the pace. Hatate seemed like his mind was elsewhere. But 3 points is 3 points.

Sometimes I think Brendan is loathe to drop Hatate in case he downs tools and starts muttering again about playing in the EPL .. no chance on his current form. Engels, Bernardo and McGregor with McCowan as a back-up seems a oretty strong midfield to me.

Palma was offside mate, he needs to sharpen up and get back onside quicker when we win ball back. Hes been guilty of it a few times and should know better. Would have been a lovely goal as well if it was on.
Icl didn’t think Engles was that amazing like he wasn’t terrible but didn’t see him as being as good as some are making out. Some nice touches & passes + a well taken pen but thought the pace of the game took him a bit as expected & a multiple miss placed passes like nearly everyone else today.
I think the pace of the game in Scotland takes a lot of players by surprise they probably have people in there ears before they come saying it’s this and that and shit but a lot seem to do shit even tho they played prem level etc

Really not sold on Engles yet, he needs time to settle but folk are just acting as if he’s been better than he has been so far. Tempo slowed down to snails pace when he came on against rangers and passing was poor. Passing poor again today and nothing clicking with him on. Obviously feel he will improve with time but let’s not lie to ourselves and say he’s been good so far. CCV and hearts Taylor the only players who had a noticeably good game

Gonna get some stick for this but Hatate is probably the most overrated player in our club he’s gone missing in most the games so far this season and if he starts on Wednesday night can say cherrio champions league he doesn’t want to be here
