For limiting FPS I used RivaTuner, for getting 150+FPS consistantly I used SilentPatch. If you can't get FPS above 60 you might have to turn off VSync in your graphics driver software.
use freesync/gsync if you have those, if not then use vsync (it locks frames to the refreshrate of your dispaly, so you gotta put your display at 72 hertz if it supports it, keep in mind vsync adds input latency), there is also some "fast" vsync option in nvidia control pannel, should be better. when your pc can push really high frames and you have high refreshrate monitor you almost never notice any screentearing, so ideally for lowest input latency vsync should be always off in any input latency sensetive game@@Vagen1
