Appearance is the first thing which is taken into consideration and then comes other things in life. God has made all of us beautiful as one gets birth with huge weight or abnormal weight. Weight loss motivation is good but few things are so wrong .... she is not giving a single comment on those disloyal man who are cheating on women becoz of their weight. accusing only women for their weight is not right.... second fat people are not always angry , demotivating them, insulting them and its only when their hormones allow them to be, but why not talking that once people become slim they tend to become are rude or try to demotivate or body shame others (like you). You are an influencer , be humble , respectful and have some decency for medical issues towards your subscribers or even to normal human being.... The way you are aproching people " shadi ke baad phel jate he" "tum bloody 90 kg kg ho" koi bhi aadmi tumahari taf kyu dekhega" .... Suman ji , pehle un mardo ke attitude ko address karo fir ladki ke weight ki baat karo .... anyways what you have achieved 40 kg weight loss is very good and i hope that you stay healthy .

no matter how situations made you tough you never leave your manners and behaviour towards others ... thats what i mention, once you achieve something you think others are useless or they dont try for it . But you forgot that there were times when you yourself went through medical issues and commenting wrong things or being arrogant is not acceptable. when you go to a doc they dont insult you but they try to make you understand and motivate you that you can overcome your medical issues thats my point and the difference.

This bndi is so real. I did diet plan with her lost 10 kg in 6weeks .I remember the place where we live in few vegetables were only available in frozen form n m’am said no. Not every frozen food was allowed during diet. Always simple n easy . I love her food n later my kids love all of my vegetables dishes 😂 I had to make extra for me n then for my kids n husband aswell❤❤ she is awesome 👏
