Today I bought one that was scrapped in a scrapyard here in my city of Vitória here in Brazil, I don't know if the engine still works, but I'm going to restore it the best way I can, I managed to identify some characters: CAT NO Y IO LA 4 PART NO Y - **** (illegible) MADE IN THE USA 4698
They go missing real easily unfortunately. There is a solution though, a 1.5" chrome pipe cover/cap will fit perfectly in the center of the blades. They don't have the trademark peaked center but better than the bare plastic.
Thanks for sharing!
Really cool Westinghouse Fan I like how the blades spins Counterclockwise I enjoyed it
Sa stands for safety approved
I would have kept them both!

My English teacher has one
I picked a fan like this up on the way to work today, but mine has metal blades. It also doesn't work. 😢
They are pretty straighforward to repair, the only tricky part is getting it put back together. Good luck with yours
Just like mine except yours has the button in the blade hub and mine has been lost to the sands of time.
