- Here we were on my good friend's farm Des McCarthy and his dad John's farm in Doneraile, Co Cork. My youth on my home farm was of the 4000 5000 7000 all together and doing there jobs on the farm fond memories and my all time favourites of the fords, so this was my chance to take the 7000 and put it to good use along with the hero that Is 💪 Clayson 1530 which has just done it’s forty third harvest in 2021 👊 Big thanks to Des and John for letting us do our thing and joining in and having a good laugh along the way 😎🤠 #ford #ford7000 #clayson1530 #newholland #harvest21

This made my day as I am a farmer from South Africa, and we still have 9 x Ford 5000; 2 x TW25; 7640 County and a Ford 8010 and not one of the tractors is a letdown they still work in perfect condition and used everyday. 🤣🤣

When you changed gears from 3rd to 4th I the 7000 it took me right back. Back to a time when you drove the tractor and not pressed buttons. The ball bag hanging out!!!! Class..

brought tears to my eyes that 7000…back in the 70’s i did my farm apprenticeship under a guy who had one of the first to come into New Zealand…fucking awesome tractor…the boss had an AM radio fitted….used to listen to the BBC in London religiously..heaven help any poor cunt who changed the channel…that farm is 3x the original size and the grandson has a huge Case now..its got got everything on it as you can imagine…you can’t even hear it from inside…what it hasn’t got is character if you know what i mean…and your’e right…back in the time when YOU drove the tractor… now the tractor drives you…as you paddy’s would say….”it’s all gone to fookin shite”

I stumbled onto this channel\show and from the 1st episode I saw I was hooked, this is kinda how I grew up and lived on the hidden secret southern shores of New Jersey especially the stuntdriving with EVERYTHING that can get down... Learned to drive in snow and sugar sand of the pine barrens which is said to be the home of the jersey devil and chiggers... Good times

This is great, cool 7000, cool tunes, fond memories of our local farm, 7000 with farmhand front loader used to load grain into the trucks, late 70's early 80's
When the header carting is bigger than the one on the combine. Absolutely brilliant video. Camera work is excellent, as is the music and editing. Very entertaining and funny. That 7000 is gorgeous and the 1530 is beautifully original for 43 harvests. Both were top notch machines in their day.

Love this, for the fact of bringing back fond memories of days on the farm with my late Dad in the 80's, corn carting in a 4-6 and hanging around the fields as a kid waiting to get picked up by the combine driver for a few laps of the fields, health & safety fucked on that these days though.

Fond memories of haymaking with classic gear (390T, 135, 4000) in Cornwall, with the animal on the 135 and flat 8 having been ripped away from the bar, 8 (ish) pints in, still managing to load perfectly square despite being unable to walk in a straight line. Keep doing what you are doing - "splann". Awesome soundtrack btw!
That 92 carina is a rare sight now , used to be everywhere in rural Ireland!

Poor carina,some proper driving here! We use to joke about this model of carina,that they took the rear end from -80' s,where as the front was more modern looking.
My earliest memory was of a 7000 with her hole open, Tarrup choking like a Trojan, cutting the heaviest field of silage ever, savage memories, everyone seemed to love that 7000.

Mint gear, John is a cousin of my father's and a pure gentleman, has kept that combine in better than any other operator I'd dare say, don't think you'd find 1 as genuine anywhere in Ireland or the UK
I have a 1545 in immaculate condition totally original condition with only running in hrs first day tyres with grips of 95 per cent plus.
Actually my 1545 can be seen on RUclips cutting organic oats on Whiddy island.
