I personally also love the bathroom because that’s always my favorite room of the house to relax and get ready to slay my day! So the way they renovated it with the LED mirrors, marble cladding and free standing tub do it for me too 🔥❤️

I hear you. We would all like more to be done about flooding but it I still think it's the worst with older buildings on the Beach. I don't really have any issues in this part of Brickell, just 9th street by Publix. Regardless I switched to an SUV to navigate the rainy season more easily so that's my advice no matter where in Miami you live.

Hi Jay! There is one garage space assigned to the condo. The HOA fees are at $1,684 per month which is about $1.30 per foot and low for a luxury building in Miami as most are now at around $2 per foot.
You need a microphone and a wider and taller aspect ratio. I’m sure you’ll get better with time and experience. Always have the shot of you when you speak. The b roll should be filled with ambient noise or music.

Sorry you feel that way but I get it - the entry way is not as open as in other residences. The Developer of the building (Related Group) and their architect (Arquitectonica) are the ones responsible for the way that the unit is designed.

hmm, not sure I like the idea of a built in sound system. It means your neighbors probably also have it. do the math. Also, I'd rather have a second floor than all that unusable vertical space.
Interesting viewpoints - thanks for the analysis. It's pretty rare to have a built in sound system in condos as it has to be added after the Developer completes construction and because the wiring is in the walls Owners don't typically add it. But maybe that's a good thing overall! I never thought about what it would be like if everyone has one!!! I am personally a huge fan of extra high ceilings because of the feeling of freedom and light it provides but totally understand that it doesn't add value for everyone. Great comment!
