too much stuff everywhere, don't like furniture at all, too many colors and wallpapers. Need to throw everything away and redesign it with european style designers, then it will look like a real candy.
It's so funny you say that because we have the same floor plan one level down listed as well and it is much more toned down. My colleague loved the simplicity of that one and I loved the whimsical design here. Although I agree with him in that the light fixtures in the kitchen are distracting instead of inspiring. Thanks for the insight and for sharing your feedback :)
Overpriced box in the sky. Primary bedroom is ok with small closets. Secondary bedrooms small. Furnishings are not up to par for a 4 million dollar condo. Oh, that’s right, is an Aston Martin residence-a license to overcharge.

My favorite part are the shoes from Steve Madden because they are so comfortable and in real estate we walk A LOT showing properties so they have been my go to brand since starting my career 10 years ago! Hello, I think your videos are great and the houses are excellent, but the audio quality is very poor. This usually happens when microphones are too close to the mouth. It’s much better to use a good microphone mounted on the camera. This way, the audio quality sounds much more authentic, especially when you’re walking around with the camera like you do.
Thanks Marko! That's very helpful. My journey on RUclips is still pretty new so I definitely don't have all the technicalities down so this is good information. I'll discuss this with the professional videographer friend of mine who helped with the Aston Martin video. Even he had a lapel mic but likely a better one than what I own and use on my other videos. Thank you again and I appreciate all of the support! More videos to come!

I totally get that and prefer larger one bedrooms - especially those that have a den like the one in my Panorama video. But this is standard and has a much bigger kitchen and closet space than most. Glad you enjoyed the video!
