I like how they put in "NOT Minecraft" I assume a lot of people do this on Minecraft. This isn't a joke though, nuclear war like all wars are damaging.
Damnm I might have to pull up Minecraft for the first time in 47 years that sounds lit af
Like not always innocent yk but war in general is garbage
nuclear war is combine of all disasters
They put it on because it sound like the 100day Minecraft format
I remember when there was a hurricane in my place
NO! I want more! Please do a second episode! Please 🙏🙏 I’m invested in these survivors now! 🥺🥺
You got it. Give me some time though :)
@@TheInfographicsShow That's awesome

Great series!
I just have one real critic. Your folks turn to cannibalism pretty fast.
In this episode at about day 70 we already have people casually eating other people.
Two issues: The story states that supplies are still pretty readily available.
It's very well documented that regular people have a very hard time resorting to cannibalism. They will pretty much try to eat anything else to include leather before turning to that option.
I mean, I get it, this is a post apocalyptic story but I feel like that card got pulled a little to soon.
I like how they had to specify this was not in Minecraft
Props to mr vasquez for dying at 11:25 but still walking with the rest of the group to help them get to the gun shop at 12:52 What a trooper!💪

Never thought a hill would have much effect on the insulation and reflecting action of an air burst like they used. Maybe more effect than I thought.
I like how Mr Vázquez is standing with the group seeing the dead body having died in the previous scene I truly remarkable man XD
WAIT! Give me a Part 2 to this story. I got so invested in it that I was laying in bed feeling like I was watching a film. Fantastic storytelling, even if macabre and realistic of what would happen in a nuclear war.
No, Sending alpha war head to Bot owners house
I need an ending to the story. This needs to be a series, a TV show. SOMETHING. I’m more entertained by this then any TV show. A none gory, none stressful series on fallout survival that still keeps you on the edge of your seat!!! Character development is already better then half of the TV shows I watch anyway! I need 200 days, a year, multiple years.
Yesss i agree they should do more of these with other kinds of scenarios aswell
Ok, I'd say it's a tad bit stress full because of the nuclear threats putin has made this year.
Yessss

Wow! Thank you!
This makes me want to play fallout. There may be no vaults, but at least there are no super mutants either. Plus, it looks like you guys have already found Dogmeat

This is the most interesting yt video I've found a while. I feel completely immersed as I do with a tv series, but without the prolonged drama that usually gets me to stop watching tv. It's also descriptive enough I can listen to it while resting my eyes. Thank you so much!
Have you seen the rest of them
I know it isn't Minecraft, but we need 200 days bud. Seriously.
Or maybe, the infographic show is living in a parallel universe where a nuclear war is currently on going and is giving us the sit-rep there.
Great vid! Keep it up guys!
It is Minecraft!
There is no difference. There are still griefers

Having lived all over LA for 15 years, I find the geographical journey descriptives extremely entertaining.
These are my favorite stories right now. Please make more of the invasion and don’t stop this series please lol
I love how this channel gives actual information with fictional characters and what if scenarios. It's so cool that this channel is starting to tell fictional stories almost, but based in facts and research. It's a very creative, interesting and original style.
U never know.. I mean hopefully not but this could save your life one day..
L.A. gone? I see nothing wrong or a problem. Should be so thankful for a nuke
@@pcraft8785 lol

I love how the Infographics Show is branching out into speculative storytelling. It's so well done, well researched, well written and detailed. It's like a science fiction book come to life.
Haven't they always been?
it’s bad
@@tenzenchang-otanez5659I'd like to see you make something like this.
Honestly the scariest part would be how few people they saw since LA has millions living in it so being able to walk for days and weeks without seeing other humans would say a lot about the death toll.
Though I do want to ask who turns to cannibalism so fast, LA has food for millions, the death toll likely would have meant for the first few months there would be far more food then people. (Mostly the canned stuff)
Plot twist: they forgot that they lived near a Vault and had to survive for 100 days in the radioactive open
Fallout music starts playing
Let's see
1- rad away. Check
2- stimpak. Check
3- purified water. Check
4- pipboy geiger counter. OHH SHHH...
Now this is called CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. You need to make this a movie or TV script. Insanely well written.

Imo it could be good as a telltale game, but telltale would probally make it worse
Thanks for including “(NOT Minecraft)” in the title, thought this was Minecraft for a second.
Hearing him say I should have listened to her after the hunter lady said she saw some plumes of smoke actually made me have an heart attack
It would be interesting to hear this kind of story from a rural perspective. There’s always movies about big cities and it’s always post-apocalyptic. But I bet a rural area would run much differently because it wouldn’t be targeted. Similar to the tv show Jericho.
I liked jericho.i don't know why they cancelled it.
Good idea.. I am Rural. About 30mi from Sacramento, but only about 12mi from Elk Grove (which is a city of about 200k). Not sure how I would do.
Probably because they wouldn't be a big target is why it's not normally portrayed in movies
@@sethadkins546 exactly my point
check out fallout 76, its an epic post-apocalyptic game, takes place in a rural area which wasn't directly hit by the bombs
This was really, REALLY good. My only quibble with it is the cannibal thing; if the protagonist's group could find sufficient food, so could they. Other than that, it was fantastic! I'd really love to see a part 2 with the same group. I want to know what happens!
Maybe they were cannibals before the war but couldn't eat humans for obvious reasons
Panic could set in early, or maybe they just were unlucky foraging that they took that route quickly and just accepted it, easy supply, instant success.
As soon as the cannibal part started, I started cracking up and said “oh boy!”
The cannibal thing was probably a more advertiser friendly alternative to what would have most likely happened
This was sooo good watching part 2 right now
This was the absolute best thing I have ever seen. It is really well made.
I love how they put "not minecraft" in the title it gave me a lil chuckle
Yea
This style presents actual information through fictional characters with personalities and stories in an engaging way, I love that.
This isnt a series, this is something that might happen and we need to know this soo this is more of a how-to-tutorial on how to survive a nuclear war.
Congrats your level ten in fallout now you just need 40 more
I'm only 8 mins into this so far and I'm already invested in all these characters. The way you are informing while entertaining is a phenomenol achievement, thank you
Definitely need more parts of the series. Eagerly waiting for a part two.

Put fires out by sunset. You'll be noticeable for miles with a fire at night.
Infographics should do a video like this in minecraft for april 1st!
MAKE THIS A SERIES, I BEG YOU. This is so well written and produced
I don’t live in the US so I don’t know which route is easy and which is hard to walk to, but if I walked from Los Angeles to San Diego without any buildings intact, I would neither dare go back North to Los Angeles nor head to the Mexico border as Mexico might be dealing with its own problem and might shoot us down before we can explain ourselves assuming we are dangerous enemies (especially when carrying guns). I would probably head East on motorway 8 and try to reach for Phoenix, where it’s less economically valuable to launch a nuke at
This type imagination visualize when in my mind when i was kid ..
Those were awesome days .
Your videos on this type like survival on space , underwater or any Apocalyptic situation
Give me more thriller then movies ..
You are awesome buddy .
Love u from India 😍😍
I love this series so much please make season two
How many else preparing and waiting for this? First of all, if your hit closely you’re not supposed to leave for 48-72 hrs to get away from the fallout. Fill up the bathtub, all sinks and seals the windows and doors with duct tape or whatever you can. Then you leave and go out trying to survive
This seems kinda accurate tho...idk I think I'd just die
Me
What's the point of surviving a nuclear attack? You'll just die more slowly as the planet gets plunged into a nuclear winter.
If your close the windows will break. Wood over the windows would be your only option.
I was wondering why there wasn't a mention of the ole bathtub water method. Also there is hope for filtering radiation from water, in 2016 in Zurich they were able to purify 99.8% of a radioactive sample with a denatured whey protein & activated carbon filtration system. If this goes into mass production it would be a game changer, it wouldn't be that expensive and could be used in most households of preppers.
Okay so this was amazing to say the least. Hoping for a part 2
Keep doing these. The I survived series is my favorite think on RUclips right now

Here is what I would, if was in L.A. (don't have a really good knowlege of the geography, though, so this might be wrong, maybe someone likes to comment, if this approach could work).
First, get provisions. I would look for rubber clothing and rubber boots especially and put those on. Probably some sort of breathing filter mask(s). Definitely something with wheels, so I only have to carry stuff when obstacles are bigger.
Secondly, tool/ arm: some sort of combination tool (quarterman, swiss army knife), a small hammer/axe, maybe a bowie knive and/ or a handgun. Would not spend time looking for the last one though.
Third, go towards the water and then turn southwards. Look for a small to medium sailing vessel.
Fourth, sail south towards Mexiko, re-supply at the coast, if needed.
I believe that this will be much faster and safer then trying to climb over rubble with no end in sight, while carrying everything you need to live and therefore being limited in that aspect as well. I also don't think that too people that are as old as suggested by their depiction would even be able to walk for more than a couple of hours a day and then not be able to carry anything while doing that. So, you would be making like 5 miles a day, if lucky. That's what you should be able to do in a sailing vessel in an hour, you can travel 24 hours a day and only need one or two people to keep that going, while the rest can rest.
Ok I think this is his BEST video to date. Who else agrees? Also we defo need a continuation of this 200 days 2 years 20 years just keep em coming. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Great content!!

Your video just popped up and I took a look. I enjoyed the story very much. One thing, and it's my opinion only I want to mention is going to San Diego is a bad idea. The home of the US Pacific fleet is there and it would be the first hit without a doubt as would all bases in the US.
Everyone is saying this would be a great TV show or movie, it would be a great video game as well!
This video gave me the same feeling I had the first time I played fallout 3, 4, and new Vegas. It's lovely. I love it.
Nuclear war. It's lovely.

This has to be the best video you've ever done on this channel.
This style of storytelling in longform is really great. I would love to see more of this, and in future maybe other hypothetical scenarios/stories.
It's crazy that this got turned into a 6 hour film that was so good
what is it called
@@erichoward6006 Minecraft
San Diego would be a big target due to all the military facilities and Nuclear Power Plant with uranium rods still active. Power plant is off line now.
quick mistake, At 11:59, the old man who just died appears at the frame even though it took place after his death
Your tag is what my dad used to call me to sing me to sleep as a toddler… 45 *years ago!
We not gonna talk about how Mr. Vasquez dies but then we still see him travelling with them
One of my older customers used to have a basement with a room in a corner with a hallway. He explained its a Safe Room in case of Nuclear Attack. The radiation doesnt go around corners. I reminded him he would have to know WHEN it was going to hit. He also had a green metal tank of water with " Army" written on it. He got the plans from Washington DC he also said. Lol this is my second time watching this
These are very good! Where are you getting your statistics from, regarding weapons effects and aftermath?
Please make another 100 days episode, the character development is amazing and its also contains information when an actual nuclear attack happens, the plot is good too, i cant wait
11:58 I thought the old guy died…..
This story makes me really glad that I live in Iowa, its basicaly in the middle of the US, almost nobody lives here making it a low value target, and Iowa has more than enough farmland to sustain itself... by like, alot. technicaly if we grew crops for actual people rather than cows we could sustain the entire US with food to spare.
That sort of reminds me that the transportable water filters for camping, which I got in my emergency backpack for my son and me can’t filter out radiation…. Btw it made sense that an oldschool flashlight with a bulb would continue to function even after an emp. But flashlights with LED might not work. Same goes for some other stuff that are made for camping and survival. For fallouts another emergency kit is needed
This is so well made, like this was a real event. Great job cannot wait for part 2
Was about to point out that even shortly after a nuke, the water system would probably hold enough pressure for you to get potable water before it became contaminated, either through broken pipes seeping in mud or from the source being contaminated by fallout, but then you mentioned it was LA, and we all know the water system there is effed no matter what... :P
Nine times out of 10 if I were the enemy I would definitely hit Hoover Dam so the Colorado River which has been diverted to feed the LA basin and most of California will be completely destroyed. Not a chance brother, not a chance of that water getting through.
I’m counting on that. I have about 60 to 90 gallons of distilled water but I have saved probably at least that many that I keep to refill. I have a basement so I’m hoping to use that as a fallout shelter. I have to remember to close all the vents leading to the upstairs. You don’t get second chances with that sort of thing
@@janblackman6204 u dutch?
@@Miner_20 not sure what you mean
The thing about radioactive particle wouldnt be a problem for me since me and my brother have 3 surpluss gas masks and we live in a very hilly area and we have a basment and we have a well and we live about 30m from the closest major city.

Absolutely love this channel. Such a talented way of informing the viewers along with a twist of creativity. Beyond shook of how much time this channel puts in with their videos. Definitely keep it up infographic show!!
Great stuff year later pity part 2 not released ❤
i love how mr vasquez just respawned and how lilith lost her hunting skills
I laughed at the LA part and going to a gun store. We stocked up all the 10 round mags we could find for handguns, and shot guns. There were no rifles, because they were banned. You left that part out.
An amazing narrator voice and a great story! I've only been on the first part of the video too. I'm invested in the story now cause I'd never think a story like this would come to the channel
-"I survived 100 days of nuclear bomb"
-"cool, which mod do you use ?"
-"I don't play vidéo game"
-"wait... WHAT !"
28:27 ... I was born and raised in San Diego. Yeah, with all of the military facilities and military contractors, San Diego is actually in the top ten locations targeted for multiple strikes by both Russia and China.
Earlier in the video, when the narrator said they were going to head south to San Diego, my thought was, "Nope, if this Infographic Show has any realism, San Diego will be blasted, too." (although, the inland valleys of San Diego County that are 20 miles from the city are purely civilian housing and parks which are NOT on the target list).
This is a really good storyline if you continue this 100 day adventure I would definitely tune in id love to see maybe two more parts the middle of part 2 and then a conclusion as in part three either way these 100 day videos are exceptional
Please tell me that there is a part 2 coming? Great video. The writers and the narrator, what a great team. Keep up the great work. 👍
