Interesting.. easier to understand as more examples given. Hope further courses will have a lot more examples..Yes rich developed countries have a lot to learn from the tribes, the developing countries practices and not the other way around.

am from Indonesia, in Indonesia there are indigenous peoples, one of which is the Sundanese. Sundanese tribe divides 3 management areas
    1. leuweung garapa
    2. leuweung baladahan
    3. leuweung larangan
Leweung larangan is also known internationally as a conservation area. Same as you that indigenous peoples already understand the concept of sustainability. However, it is also true that there are threats from indigenous peoples regarding land clearing for oil palm plantations. In your opinion, what are the concrete solutions that Indonesian people can do to apply sustainable development?

Hey, Rezky, that is a very complicated question, and we are not experts to give a concrete answer. However, I would recommend you read the latest report on "Biodiversity and Climate Change" published by IPBES and IPCC, and it should give you some insights on how to tackle this multi-faceted sustainability issue.

Appreciate the effort but could not find anything new. It’s like a repetition of what other videos have to say. Being underlined as a course expecting something new and different.

every course will be repetitive for students to understand what transpired in the previous course. It is recall. I am learning a lot. Used to think Industrial Revolution has changed everything for the better. Now realize only sustainable development can right the many wrong practices that mankind has been adopting due to greed and materialism. Climate change will not be so devastating had it not been for deforestation and it goes on and on.
