I also love that you show things and say what you may be thinking about it and how to use it. It really gives me ideas. I have adopted your idea of storage in old boxes too, love it.

I love the Green Ghost book. The Whitman cards are great. They look to be original. I could never hope to find them for such a price, lol. 75 cents on that St Pat's pin is wonderful! Could it say "gold"? Of course I love the hairpin boxes.

The brooch with the dangly bits and filigree looks a lot like something we would wear with our national costumes here in Norway (they're called bunad, and every area has a different design). That kind of brooch would be called sølje. It reminds me of one I have from my grandmother. Lovely finds as always 🙂

What a lovely group of finds! The baby blanket was very sweet! I believe the brooch at 8:44 is a SOLJE, brooch, a classic piece of Norwegian jewelry. The pieces are usually silver, though your looks to have a gold wash. I love that you can see multiple uses for the simplest objects!

So many wonderful treasures, as always. The shell wallet is beautiful. I'm wondering if the cross was supposed to read SOLID, and they forget the letter I ?? Most of all I love the lamp shade piece. I have been looking for something unique for an antique bridge floor lamp that I recently bought at an estate sale. The colors are amazing! Tfs❤

The pin at 7:03 is Art Deco, probably 1930's. Gorgeous, and worth more than what you paid for he lot. The pin at 7:41 is also Art Deco. The box at 10:00 is definitely Art Nouveau, which would date it to the 1920's, when "bobby pins" were used to set the Bob, one of the most popular hairstyles of the era. The plaid box is almost identical to a box I had in the late 1950's, and the candleholders in it are also 1950's.

No problem. I was a bit distracted with my son and it was hard to type a lot. That’s why it would be very difficult for me to do a sale of my own.
