I'm glad l Googled this product before l bought it! Bad reviews on Amazon! Another person complained that the film won't peel off, others say it doesn't work. It got 3.7 stars out of 5 stars. You guys need to go back to the lab and try again..... i look 30 years younger anyway, l just wanted to maintain, so l guess if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'll stick to my current beauty regimen
Hi! The most common troubleshooting issue is applying the films when skin is still quite moist, so the collagen film absorbs immediately into skin. When such happens, we recommend doing a slight "tap tap tap" on skin with your fingers to increase circulation and allow the mist to absorb well first, then proceed to apply the film 🥰

Hi, Thank you for the great video. I was wondering If someone could help me by suggesting some products for my skin. That would be really nice. To explain better the condition of my skin it is very sensitive and dry. So far all the products that I used or have been using don't work. I try to do skin care but my skin doesn't care :((( I recently saw a dermatologist and they suggested I use Tretinoin Rx cream for my dark circles and other products to brighten my face but sadly nothing seems to work. I also have been using Japanese toner and eye cream to help me with the desired skin I want but unfortunately, nothing is helping to make improvements. I have lots of dark spots around my nose and under my lower lip area as well. I also get acne, yellow-brown pigmentation around the upper and lower of my lips. All I want is to get healthy clear and bright skin just like all the beautiful girls are showing skincare in other Videos on this channel. I'm sorry it's a big comment but I hope someone could help me PLEASE! I would appreciate it! Thank You!

Can you please explain what prt of skincare should this be? After before serums? Am I supposed moisturize it after?
I used it and it was super sticky after. When I feel it with my fingers my skin sticks to my hand and when I pull it off I can see some of the collagen film on my fingertips. So it’s really confusing. Also will it come off after using a face mask?
Hi, we recommend using the collagen film after cleansing your face. And after applying collagen film, we advise applying moisturizer or sheet mask to help lock in collagen into your skin and help absorb collagen faster. It also helps to reduce stickiness.
This just fake, you already have great skin, so I don’t believe only this product helped you achieve your beautiful face skin goal! You also doen a lot on money going to the derma
