comparing Sky Gallop with with Pegasus Saber makes sense as both are aircraft-based, also I think Glover's robot mode and his Card Weapon is meant to be a homage to Indiana Jones whom Joseph Joestar might took inspiration from too.
I think that the new hero "Sky Gallop" ain't be the last at all on Metal Cardbot S, so there are four more of them (one of them that's Blue Cop's final form while the other three are a jeep, a miner drill machine and a submarine). It's impossible how the series would end to a specific conclusional point.
