Nigeria is at fault for disrespecting the King and UK by treating H&M in a royal fashion where it was clearly outlined their future role in the Sandringham summit. The British government had to step in and correct both Nigeria and Sussex team on the narrative that this WAS NOT a royal tour but only a private visit. William and Catherine started off the Invictus Games from their Royal Foundation with a donation of £1million pounds. Harry was given it later on. He did not found it by himself. It was William’s Royal Foundation with a lot of palace staff and ex service military personnel. Harry just did the video with the Queen.
I think the RF was trying to help Harry by involving him with Invictus. It was during his partying days and he needed some good press at the time.
Meghan's actions speak for themselves. Her "compassion and warmth" is facade, it's a game of publicity and fame to her and that teacher and those little girls experienced it firsthand.
Regarding Meghan being rude while ignoring the teacher and students who were trying to talk to her-- Meghan literally turned her back on them mid-sentence and dragged Harry away, leaving the young girl with the gift for them with the box still in her hands. If the main objective of the Nigerian trip was to consider holding the next Invictus Games in the country Harry should have gone ALONE - and the focus should have been on the logistics/details of the event - having meetings and visiting war veterans.
