Really tasteful bass playing. This CHON playthrough series is so awesome man. The added insight at the end of the playthru is just the cherry on top. Other musicians don't really add any commentary behind their thought processes.
I like to engage with my listeners so I think it's only right for me to talk about my thought process to give you insight. Hopefully help up and coming bass players to become better players as well.

Ive been trying to wrap my head around the chorus for monthes, trying to figure out whether it was fingerstyle or tapping and i finally found out. Gift is my favorite on the new album and im so glad you got to record for them the second time

Love it...I have to see more. I love the Roscoe. I have one too. It’s one from right around 1992. Still plays like a dream. I’ll have to do a RUclips video showing it off. You totally bury me though. I can only use joining the military as an excuse for not improving. Though now that the military kicked me to the curb, I’m playing again. It’s amazing how similar my Roscoe looks to yours. Amazing video, amazing playing and flat out amazing all the way around. You’re awesome Brother.

Hey brother you are so amazing bass guitar player 🤩🤩💥💙 can you please tell me about how you learn to play so well and how you went about it and learning how? Could you play completely by ear first before you started studying music 🎶? Or how did you go about learning? I have been told I don't need to study music cause I just a regular guy and I don't play anywhere but other people homes or at church and that's it, I can play by ear just a little bit, but not much! So should I just go on and study music even if I am no professional or anything like and never will be! And I not really going anywhere with my bass guitar anyway, except other people's homes and church sometimes, there is a lot of he said she said stuff that goes on around here if you know what I mean?
