I wish there were an old toy and comic store that had (even if reproductions) everything from just a long past era. So that it could be like stepping back in time to my childhood or earlier. Even down to the old radioplays on the radio.

I bet a lot of my comic books wound up here I'm originally from Galveston in 1969 my family moved from Galveston to New Orleans I was only 10 or 11 but I saw the comic books at the 7-Eleven over where the road that leads to the ferry people from there would know where I was talking about I used to buy comic books at least once or twice a week I just like the cover of the comic books I even joined the club a Marvel Club one of their first introductions to join a club God I wish I would have kept all that stuff but my mother LOL told me that I had to leave the comic books because we didn't have the room to take them with us because we just picked up and loaded the car and left for New Orleans to make a new home it's a long story behind that but man I wish I had the comic books I had then I had hundreds I'm sure these comic books would be worth thousands and thousands of dollars I hope whoever found the comic books in the house did keep them and was able to enjoy them and I even hope to sell them and make money I left hundreds of comic books Plus the Marvel membership package my mother helped me send off for I was only 10 or 11 years old I just had to respond to this podcast because Galveston is very close to Houston and I just bet a couple of my comic books are at this store
