Funnily enough that might actually work in real life too because _apparently_ the human brain is hardwired to become more attracted to people you've been through dangerous things with.

So when both happen at once, rather than cancel out, they add to each other making the feelings even more intense.
I find it funny how Kazuya is showing more love towards a muscled cat than to his own father and son.
And I had legitimate fun watching this series go on!!!!!!!! I find it hard to believe only Joker and Cloud are left!!!!! I can't wait for the finale!!!!

I mean, if I am remembering correctly Kazuya's Father did you know try to kill him....multiple times. So That I can understand, though I am not as familiar with Kazuya and his son's relationship. I imagine given how Kazuya was treated, Kazuya's son probably wasn't treated any better

You forgot about his new son, Piranha Plant. He loves that thing a lot.
Best part is, Incineroar is perfectly equipped for when the traditional Mishima nonsense starts to turn up in the relationship. As a pokemon he loves fighting, as a wrestler he's used to drama, and as a fire/dark type he's resistant to both volcanoes _and_ vicious attitudes.

Man I can’t believe this series is almost over. I had fun seeing everyone going on these crazy adventures to revive all of the Smash Bros characters. I can’t wait to see how this story will conclude and what Sephiroth’s punishment will be😏

This was truly emotional revival especially with Incineroar and Kazuya bonding together. Glad Celica and Alm made up

Somehow Incineroar and Kazuya's newfound bromance is more wholesome than the ACTUAL romance happening right next to them.
Probably helps that we've seen the bromance unfold over more then a year.... the dialogue helps out as well more then just a make-out session.
The lore and the development of all of this, it’s just so perfect, it’s enough to make a man cry.
As someone who finished Shadows of Valentia recently, I like to get the references. Also yes, the final dungeon is confusing.

@@JosepiThe13th don't think so, Alm doesn't really like anyone else and most of the other characters who like him either moved on or are Faye who s the reocurring "loves the protag but has no option to be with him in game." Character the series does from time to time (Catria and Cordelia being other examples of this except Faye s way more obsessive about it.)
@@JosepiThe13th No, I'm pretty sure the joke with the chores and the neighbors are supposed to put Alm and Celica as a "30 year old couple" (Gaiden is 30 years old). They are royalty. They don't need to do chores and their neighbors are most likely just other countries.

Neighbors could refer to those from Marth's continent given they are next to one another. And the three pegasus rider sisters are all in Celica's part of the game iirc. Plus Zeke.

You know, this actually kinda makes sense if you think about it. Heihachi's best friends were his pet Grizzly bears, so it stands to reason Kazuya would one-up his onld man by befriending a Fiery bipedal luchador Cat Monster.

I finally understand that reference, Fire Emblem Gaiden (the original for Famicom) end with Alm and Celica getting married (And I thought they were siblings) and the game was released in 1992 to 2022 it's 30 years old

Imagine in an alternative timeline, Isabelle bring the whole smash team with them and then they accidentally created the whole Fan-ships to the Smash Bros cast while Byleth is out on her own adventure and both Cloud & Joker dead at the smash house
Can’t wait for the thrilling conclusion! This has been so fun to watch. Everyone’s done an awesome job. :)

I can't believe I actually guessed the way of reviving the Fire Emblem characters (of course, I didn't know there were also staffs that could revive as well). This was definitely worth it to play Echoes. All right, only 2 fighters left and we can finally see Sephiroth learning the meaning of Karma.

Oh, you're referring to Alm and Celica? Yes, they're one of the select few Fire Emblem couples that will ALWAYS end up together no matter what you do; in fact, their relationship is a central part of the plot of their game. You should go play Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia (that's the game they came from) sometime, it's a pretty fun game with good storytelling (as can be expected from a remake of a 1992 Famicom/NES game can be, at least) and terrific voice acting.

OH MY GOODNESS! Incineroar and Kazuya I have never seen you both act so close before! Sure you really have done so much together since Sephiroth betrayed (secretly planed) and poisoned almost all of the fighters!!!!!!! But I still can’t believe we have managed to revive almost all of the dead fighters! All that’s left is the Joker from Persona and Cloud from Final Fantasy! I just can’t wait for the finale of this arc!!!!!!
