On the streets of Berlin, Germany in the early morning hours of September 2nd, 1955 an ex-Nazi soldier, Carl Wagner was found naked, face down on the street mumbling incoherently. He kept repeating the same thing over and over again.
His face and body were covered in what appeared to be scratch marks and scars that were years old.
He was taken to the nearest police station where he was questioned. A search of his apartment revealed some extremely disturbing things. Something horrific happened during the search as well.
