I had to get out of the house daily even if just to watch a video or to read a book in the fresh air away from the mundane locations of daily existence. My son will be 42 in September I love watching your channel it is such joy watching the children thrive and it brings back memories of when my children were that age. Love you guys
Yes, depression is very real. I lost my son at the age of nine from a very rare genetic disorder. Mitochondrial disease. I tried to stay strong but the walls finally crashed in, hard. As a result, I now have partial seizures, that are under control. After twelve years, I can honestly say I am healed and understand it was best for my son to go live with Jesus where he is completely healed.😊

I think it is so important to take away the stigma of mental health issues! Everyone, at some point in there life, experiences depression, anxiety, etc. and I think this past year, with the isolation we have had to endure due to the pandemic, has really brought the issue to the forefront! Not exactly sure how I stumbled across you guys, but I am in awe of you two dads. My husband and I immigrated to the US two years ago and have both wanted to go the surrogacy route but wanted to ensure our kid(s) were born in the USA. Worried we are already too old at 44 and 39 and too set in our ways though to now start this process. Covid, new country and stress associated with this hasn’t helped. We are happily married for 9 years, together for 11 and cannot help thinking would our family of three cats, two dogs and two dads not be even more complete with kids. We adore all our friends kids and feel like life possibly would have a little more purpose, especially in these trying times. Love you guys, your sense of humility and those gorgeous smiles!

Guys, this was a terrific video. Your prologue about mental health was spot on. I suffer from manic- depression and have to be very careful. Fortunately, I was lucky and didn't spiral into a severe depressive move. Anyone watching your videos should realize they're only a slice of your life. It would be impossible to showcase your entire life in 18-20 minutes. And what you do chose to share is highly selective. Keep up the good job.

Hi guys! I just wanted to thank you for the intro (first four and half minutes)! It was such a well done way of explaining reality versus image shown through social media! My husband and I are a pretty similar family to yours, ( exception of our kids being adopted and son is 12 and daughter is 7) and it was nice of you mentioning how on a daily basis, chaos in the house is a pretty important aspect of reality! Of course beautiful moments are a big part of being parents, but, it is a very challenging thing to be a parent and being gay parents does add a little bit more challenge to the equation! I sometimes face anxiety and depression because of me being transgender! When it came to family gatherings or reunions, I get discriminated a lot...and I try to avoid ignorant people ...especially relatives!

Guys, this was a terrific video. Your prologue about mental health was spot on. I suffer from manic- depression and have to be very careful. Fortunately, I was lucky and didn't spiral into a severe depressive move. Anyone watching your videos should realize they're only a slice of your life. It would be impossible to showcase your entire life in 18-20 minutes. And what you do chose to share is highly selective. Keep up the good job.

Hi guys! I just wanted to thank you for the intro (first four and half minutes)! It was such a well done way of explaining reality versus image shown through social media! My husband and I are a pretty similar family to yours, ( exception of our kids being adopted and son is 12 and daughter is 7) and it was nice of you mentioning how on a daily basis, chaos in the house is a pretty important aspect of reality! Of course beautiful moments are a big part of being parents, but, it is a very challenging thing to be a parent and being gay parents does add a little bit more challenge to the equation! In '95 I was awarded a FamTrip to the State - my working life has been in Travel/Tourism and Hospitality - and you have enabled me to relive some wonderful memories. Thanks for your informative video. Yes, Covid-19, aside from the financial benefits in the form of stimulus payments, has been a real 'downer' for me, particularly as I live in rural NSW, Australia. A good many of my mates and colleagues suffer from mental health issues.
