The school i am trying to apply to is asking me to upload German health insurance certificate... How do i go abt it

If they're asking for health insurance that means you've already gotten admission and you're trying to enroll.
If you used any of the blocked account providers plus packages then you definitely already have a health insurance provider, just write them an email and they'll send the confirmation to your school, you probably have to submit your Immatrikulation Bescheinigung as well.
If you don't have an health insurance company yet, you can register with TK and ask them to send your school the email. I have a video on how to go about the registration, it's easy.

Thanks for sharing, did you have to pay the health insurance premium for every month while you were still waiting for a visa appointment date?

No I didn't but there's a new law in Germany concerning health insurance that you must start paying the premium once you're enrolled in a German University and it became effective from October 1st, 2023. (I'm still gonna talk about it) Because I was asked to pay the entire money for the previous year😂 but I was able to get a letter from my school. When I talk about the day I arrived in Germany, I'll gist you guys because it's too much to type right now. Just know that you don't have to pay until you're actually here in Germany.
