- Government Employees has got many leave during their whole service. This video is based on brief idea about various rules that the employees cant opt during their service and various criteria are discussed.

1.Casual leave is not a recognised leave ,Sunday s and holidays falling during CL are not counted as part of CL
CL can be taken for half day as well but can’t be taken more than 5 days at any one time except under special circumstances
For employees entitled for 17 holidays its 8 days and for employees not entitled for 17 days its 10 days
EL CAN BE TAKEN Upto 180 days at a time as per rule 26(2)
But can be taken upto 300 days as leave preparatory for retirement under rule 38(1)

Yes, signed by senior medical officer from a govt hospital or MEDICAL OFFICER of the authorised hospital if it comes under CGHS.

Sir mere service ka 16saal hua hai.mene apne service ke dauran mene kabhi bhi osl nahi kiya. Me 60din ka ek gaya aur 69days late aaya. Osl period ke dauran mene teen baar battalion ko application ke dwara suchit kiya. Lekin commandant sir ne mujhe 69days eol kar diya jab ki mere total credit earned leave 260days jama hai.mene application me likha ki mere leave ko earned leave me convert kiya jaye lekin unhone meri ek nahi uni oor mujhe 69days ka eol kar diya.
Sir pse bataye is case me kya kiya jaye

No.. medical basis pe leave after fitness certificate from medical officer dept me dena hota h , leave only be rejected if medical unfit not submitted in dept within a week of going leave.

If a person is on sanctioned leave, let's say 15 days on EL, but falls ill and is taking time to recover, then which leaves would then be affected? Let's say he runs out of his EL then will HPL and CL continue after this ? Will he be treated on Medical Leave? And what if he runs out of all the leaves , then will he be on EOL and his service would be affected and he won't get any pay or will it be adjusted ? Please clarify sir.
If you fall ill during your EL , that leaves converted to ML,
If ML becomes zero, it will be moving to EOL with prior intimation to dept

Yes EOL Is a break in service specially if during Probation,
Other leave will if not shown, will be credited back.

Yes probation extend hoga as per rule and board se koi extra ordinary enquiry nhi puchi jaegi or cross check hoga regarding medical

Sir I met with an accident on 31/10/2020 (Saturday) at around 8 p.m. I couldn't join office on 02/11/2020 (Monday) as I got an ankle injury on right foot. I want to apply for medical leave of 1 day for 02/11/2020. Do I need to produce a medical certificate? I don't want to use my Casual leave as I have just 1 CL left.
No need of certificate. Medical certificate is needed when leave apply is more than 3 days

Homeopathy not comes in cghs,
However if you are unfit, get a certificate signed from cmo or surgeon of govt hospital regard unfit in that duration..it will be granted

No leave as for preparation for upsc, you can go for EOL , or you can go for Leave without pay

YEs, but noting period complete hone k bd ,
With initial resignation called as technical resignation approve hone k bd final resignation hoga, and then approve hoga EL and HPL
If a person encash his earned leave and half pay leave (total EL - 50 and HPL - 100 leave) after joining autonomous body from central government through technical resignation. Will my previous encashed EL and HPL deducted from my total credit leave (300 leave) at the time of retirement in new organization?
Yes, bcoz it was for old govt organizations, not earned in new dept or other dept.
Also if encased it is good , otherwise many of the cases it was not encased also

I have one question. After how many days of child birth a female worker( rly ) can perform night shift duty. Also mention where it is written.
Sir 6 months of maternity is permitted, but no such conditions for night shift is mentioned,
Sir prefix and suffix are included in earned leave. For examples i have applied for 4 days earned leave starting from monday. And i use prefix sunday on that. Would sunday be counted in earned leave. Would it make earned leave applied for 5 days or 4 days ?
No..suffix and prefix are not counted

That depends on office to office,
You have to apply for LTC, it will be ten days leave encashment, its permission has to be taken before some days , and on the basis of this permission only you can get the LEAVE ENCASEMENT.
Home ltc in one time in two years, 10days ltc in one time in 4 yrs
Sir, If Saturday and Sunday are holidays and an employee taken leave on friday, then EL 3 will be counted or 1??
If you take EL it will be counted three,if Saturday and Sunday are closed holiday, and you take CL then only one CL will be counted

3 days will be counted as I know if sunday and Holiday falls at beginning or end we can just prefix or suffix it hence 1 day only counted.
If she doesn't join on Monday then 3 leaves, you get it wrong,

Can a central government employee avail EL between two holidays. Tho holidays will be counted or not.
No...in between holidays are counted as leave
@@MechanicalMajor For me Saturday and sunday is holiday. If i apply for EL from monday to friday then what. There are 2 holidays before my leave start and 2 after my leave ends. Then these holidays are counted or not. Means only 5 EL will be deducted or 9 EL are deducted.
Only 5..prefix or suffix holidays are not counted, in between holidays are counted in leave..

Whole leave will be have to be converted into medical and the medical have to ve of same city where you went.
