X Com Apoc Part 14 Personal Shields

We have another big air battle in the city causing a lot of widespread damage. While cleaning up the UFOs we find the aliens have started using shields. I manage to get my hands on a few so I can research them. Once I have enough for the squad we'll start to see a lot less people being killed.
