It was used in a number of movies. Paramount bought the house used in Belly. That was im a number of movies and videos too. They're just too expensive to up keep. Buying houses like this are just a thing of the past. The marble and stone alone is a huge waste of money. No matter how big your house is like everyone else your really only gonna use about five or six rooms including the bathroom patio and kitchen regularly.
If you seen the original, then you'd know the storyline with the addition of a few things. I liked this movie for the action sequences and how it showed up & coming talent like Trevor Jackson and Kalaan Walker!
